In the manga it is revealed that Haruki’s “stand” is a kind elderly man. He lives on his own in an apartment and is friends with Ritsuka Uenoyama, Mafuyu Satou, and Koji Yatake. 

~!In season one of the anime it is clear he has romantic feelings towards his band-mate Akihiko, and as of now in the manga is the boyfriend of Akihiko.!~

Lou is a hired thug residing in Stohess District and the accomplice of Wald Richter.

The eldest son of the Saga family and a good acquaintance of Yuba. He works as a tax collector for the kingdom. During his temporary stay in Yuba's home, he developed a crush on Ruri.
