This series' version of Professor Utonium. His real name is unknown, aside from his family name Kitazawa. In this incarnation, he has a son named Ken, who is responsible for all those affected by the Chemical Z lights, especially the Powerpuff Girls Z. Professor Utonium was originally experimenting with the substance Chemical X and strove to find a way to change its chemical properties. Professor Utonium has created several inventions throughout the series; the most important one being his Chemical Z Particle Ray, which allows him to transform those affected by the lights back to normal (although it doesn't prevent recurring transformations nor is it able to work on all black light victims). He seems to be aware of the effect Ken's lack of a mother has had on his son, assuming that it had caused him to be a bully to the girls. However, this does not change his behavior towards Ken. He appears to be a gentle father figure like the original Professor Utonium was in The Powerpuff Girls. He treats the girls like members of his family and is very close to the Mayor and Miss Bellum. Devimon is a Fallen Angel. He was once an Angemon, but soon the space of the Digital World became distorted, and he fell into the newly-formed Dark Area and became the fallen angel we see today. On his chest is embodied greatly a mark of evil, proof of his wickedness. He is a cunning old devil who takes no chances and refuses to play mindless games with enemies as powerful as he is. He is wicked and ferocious, but he is very loyal to his master with whom has concluded a pact. It is said that should you be influenced into staring at his crimson eyes, he will control your mind. IceDevimon is his ice counterpart.    Devimon was known as Darkmon in the Tamagotchi Digimon virtual pets and is also known as the Dark Messenger. Android 8  is the first android seen in the series, and the eighth in the series of androids built by Dr. Gero. He resembles the monster in Frankenstein. He was nicknamed "Eighter" (Hat-chan in Japanese and Octavio in the Mexican dub) by Goku. He then took it on as his real name. He was first seen when Murasaki tried to use him to fight Goku as a last resort inside Muscle Tower. He helped take down General White and drive the Red Ribbon Army away from Jingle Village.  In the anime only, he appears in the King Piccolo Saga when Chow Castle is sieged by Piccolo and Snow is there. He makes small cameos during the two sequels, Dragon Ball Z and GT.

Charles Beams is a freelance LFO pilot and mercenary, with his partner and wife Ray. Initially content in his life of transporting goods and people, as well as fighting thieves and raiders, he is brought into conflict with Gekkostate when the Beams are hired by the military to retrieve Eureka and the Nirvash from them. He and his wife were also part of SOF, and they share a past with Holland, Dewey, and Adrock.   Charles is personally humorous and easygoing, but under his genial exterior he&#039;s still as much a killer as he was while leading an elite force. He has many dualities like this in his life &mdash; for instance, he displays a collection of high-tech ref boards in his living quarters aboard the Swan, but in battle he always keeps an old bolt-action rifle (possibly a Mauser Karabiner 98k) by his side. It is at least somewhat more advanced than it appears, as the rounds are capable of piercing LFO armor.

The Deep Sea King (深海王, Shinkaiō) ruled over the Seafolk as their king, and claimed the deep sea as his own. The Deep Sea King is a rather sadistic individual, who enjoys causing pain to others and starting fights. He is determined to take the surface world for himself to rule. He regards people as little more than food and has no qualms about treating them as such. He is also very arrogant and prideful, considering himself to be better than everyone and stating that he stands at the very top of the pyramid of all living organisms on the planet.

Zekua Melon was a former wizard, adventure novelist, and the father of Kaby Melon. He was blackmailed by Duke Everlue to write an adventure book about the Duke, or lose his and his family&#039;s citizenship. He instead wrote a letter to Kaby, and used a spell to encode it as the aforementioned novel. 

Goldmine is the master of the Quatro Cerberus Guild. He apparently is friends with Fairy Tail Guild master Makarov. 

Guran Doma is the new Chairman of the Magic Council. To protect the order of the Magic society and regain the people's trust of the Magic Council, he has stated that they will keep a closer eye on the problem.  While not that much is known about Guran Doma, he is evidently a stern and serious man, who does not tolerate breaking of the law. He seems to have a seemingly by the book mentality of justice and dislikes any ignoring of the laws, such as his disdain for Fairy Tail's antics. In regards to the Oración Seis incident, he personally stated that if Fairy Tail does this kind of thing again, they will be forced to disband. He is a combat cyborg of the Unit 501 of the Army. He's good at unpaired electron device attack, he uses the combination of a stun gun and water or steam. He's one of the strategy instructors of the Unit 501.

Keith Shadis was the head instructor of the 104th Trainees Squad. He seemed to be a friend or have some sort of relationship with Dr. Grisha, as he knew Eren is the son of the doctor and praised Eren for his effort.


 A Earth Federation Forces officer, he is the captain of the assault carrier MSC-07 Albion.

Father of Saigou Teruhiko 西郷 てる彦 and owner of okama club by the name of 「かまっ娘倶楽部」kamakko club, Saigou Tokumori himself dresses as a woman.      A past Joui fighter more senior than Katsura Kotarou's generation, he was well-known at that time as the powerful 白フンの西郷 aka White Loincloth Saigou. Now as one of the 4 Devas of the Kabuki District, he is known as 鬼神マドマーゼル西郷 Fearsome God Mademoiselle Saigou.

Celestial spirit contracted to Lucy. Appears as a black and white minotaur wearing a speedo. Uses a double headed ax for a weapon. He also is a pervert who has a crush on Lucy.

One of the soldiers who follow Allen Schezar. He seems to be a leader/captain of the band of swordsman under Allen, as well as the pilot of the Crusade.
