Natsumi is an officer stationed at the fictional Bokuto Station in Tokyo&#039;s Sumida Ward. She is very outgoing as well as very laid back. She often demonstrates superhuman strength second only to Shoji Tokairin and is a motorcycle enthusiast, capable of high-risk maneuvers on both bikes and mopeds. Natsumi has a prodigious appetite for food and alcohol, and has been known to show up at work with a hangover. She is also a chronic late sleeper. Despite having many bad habits, she is a very capable police officer and does her job seriously when needed. She keeps a mini-moped, a Honda Moto-Compo (JR-2) in Miyuki&#039;s Honda Today squad car and uses it when a flanking strategy is required. It is prominently labeled &quot;NATUMI&quot; (in the Nihon-shiki transliteration system) before her first day at Bokuto in the beginning of the first anime, later re-coloured and re-labeled &quot;POLICE&quot; in the later appearances and on the Bandai Model kit of the Honda Today. When off-duty, she operates a Yamaha RZV motorbike until it is damaged beyond repair during later part of the first season. She is subsequently tricked into buying a Subaru R2, which is in a near-non-functioning state. This car is then thoroughly renovated and heavily modified by Miyuki into a patrol car. She uses the wrecked motorbike&#039;s engine, modifying the car to make its operation follow closely to that of a motorbike. In the manga version, this car operates with double engines.    Natsumi is also familiar with judo and kendo, being able to defeat her opponents during training sessions. Her strength and her familiarity with hand-to-hand combat complement Miyuki&#039;s brilliant mind in creating devices or modifying known vehicles very well, making her and Miyuki famous throughout Bokuto Station. King Enma Jr., usually addressed as Koenma (コエンマ, &quot;little Enma&quot;), is the son of Enma (rendered as &quot;Enma&quot; in the English manga and &quot;Yama,&quot; the Sanskrit name, in the English anime), the ruler of the spirit realm, and the one responsible for appointing Yusuke Urameshi as spirit detective. His Japanese seiyū is Mayumi Tanaka and his English voice is Sean Teague in the Funimation dub. In the first movie, The Golden Seal, he is voiced by Brianne Siddall. In the second movie, Bonds of Fire, he is voiced by Eric Stuart. Koenma&#039;s name is a combination of his father&#039;s name (Enma) and Ko, Japanese for &quot;child&quot;.    Koenma first appears as a toddler, which he is often teased about, though he is at least 700 years old and has extensive knowledge of the universe. Koenma is a basic comic relief character and is often shown cowardly. However, if Yusuke or any of the others are in immediate danger, he will help all he can. He comes off as a good leader and a nice guy for the most part. His job in Spirit World is to decide who goes to Heaven, and who goes to Hell. Some think this should be his father&#039;s job, but King Enma is too busy on business trips most of the time. Koenma can turn into his teenage form, after thinking that Yusuke and Kuwabara will make fun of him. Also, he has a Jr. sign on his forehead, and still has his pacifier, which has been carried in his mouth for most of his existence, storing up his spirit energy. When the power is unleashed, it creates the Mafukkan, Spirit World&#039;s most powerful defensive spell. Depending on how much energy Koenma places in the pacifier, he can seal demons of varying strength. At the time of the Chapter Black Saga, Koenma can seal an S class apparition with ease.    He is responsible for the Spirit Detectives, which is a job he requested. When Shinobu Sensui attempts to unite the human and demon worlds, he feels responsible for him. In fact, when he unleashes his Mafukkan on Sensui, he is prepared to suffer with him, unmoving for eternity, as atonement. Koenma betrays his father when he sides with Yusuke after the Spirit Defense Force wanted to kill Yusuke for being a Mazoku. So Koenma lives in the human world for a short while, afraid of Enma&#039;s fury; Koenma later returns to the spirit world. In the manga, Koenma overthrows Enma after Enma was discovered to have deliberately allowed demons into the human world to cause conflict.

Keiko Yukimura, or Kayko Yukimura in the English anime produced by FUNimation, English video games, and the English trading card game is a straight-A student whose personality is opposite that of Yusuke&#039;s. Yukimura literally means snowy village and Keiko means firefly girl, or respectful child. Keiko&#039;s birthday is January 31. In the series, her  A and her hobbies include cooking and cleaning. Keiko&#039;s parents run a ramen restaurant called the Yukimura Diner. She is 14 at the beginning of the series and 18 at the end.    After Yusuke is hit and killed by a car, he is allowed to come back to life on the condition that someone kisses him, and this ends up being Keiko. Yusuke tries to not get her involved with his spirit detective escapades, though interferences from Hiei and the Four Beasts prevent this. Keiko asks Botan to explain Yusuke&#039;s scenario to her after the ordeal is over. Botan instead does not explain it all to her mainly for safety reasons and instead tells her an almost unbelievable lie, though Keiko believes. Keiko finds out the rest during the Dark Tournament when she goes there with Botan and Kazuma Kuwabara&#039;s older sister, Shizuru. Since then, Keiko supports her friend in the adventures he goes on, staying by their sides during the Sensui arc for moral support along with Shizuru.     ~!Yusuke and Keiko, who are childhood friends, are closer to each other than they would like to admit. Towards the end of the anime, Yusuke stops by her parents ramen restaurant and proposes to Keiko. It&#039;s a really tender moment until her father interrupts, saying how Yusuke always used to do that whenever Keiko got upset with him. She doesn&#039;t really say anything, but Yusuke doesn&#039;t need it to know she has accepted, and Keiko spends the next three years studying hard in a famous all-girls school, called Dai-ichi School for Girls in the English anime. At the end of the anime, after a meeting with the major part of her friends, Keiko finds herself looking at the beach. She then screams at the sea, &quot;I&#039;m tired of waiting for you, Yusuke!&quot; He then shows up next to her unexpectedly saying &quot;I don&#039;t want you to wait either,&quot; She is in shock, yet jumps onto him and hugs him, bringing him to the ground. As she stares into his eyes, she kisses him, showing that even after Yusuke made her wait for so long, she still loves him.!~

Miyuki is one of Tarukane&#039;s lackies and one of three powerful demon warriors known as &quot;the Triad&quot;. She is a trans woman with a horn on her forehead and a red quipao. Though she was the weakest member of the triad, she took the longest to defeat because of Yusuke feeling her genital areas to see whether she was male or female.

Sayaka is the person who was sent by Koenma to do an investigation on Yusuke. If you think about it, Sayaka was the one who sparked Yusuke and Keiko's relationship. The only time she is ever seen is in one episode.    In the manga, Sayaka is a spirit of a lonely girl who's parents didn't know how to take care of her. In her loneliness she kept taking the soul of Shota, and because Shota didn't have any sixth sense, it was slowly killing him.    Fortunately, Yususke and Botan managed to knock some sense in her and she left Shota alone after he promised to play with her in Heaven when he gets there. She then hangs out with Yususke, and during that time she tests his and Keiko's love for each other.

Kazuma Kuwabara&#039;s tough older sister. Like her younger brother she also has a high level of Reiki sensitivity and is extremely strong; Shizuru, in the beginning of the manga, has more of a sixth sense than her brother. Shizuru, 17 at the start of the manga, wants Kazuma to grow up and get an education so he can make something of himself. Shizuru, an aspiring beautician, gives Keiko her new haircut after Keiko rescues Yusuke from the burning house in Chapter 13: Qualifications for a Girlfriend. Shizuru is also a chain smoker and the biggest part she plays in the anime series is during the Dark Tournament (Ankoku Būtsukai) where she falls in love with Sakyo, the owner of Team Urameshi&#039;s rival team, Team Toguro. He saves her life twice, but she is unaware of his true identity until the end. She also knows Yukina&#039;s connection to Hiei because she saw a videotape that provided the details for the mission that Yusuke and Kuwabara had to rescue Yukina from Gonzo Tarukane (only she, Botan, and Yusuke saw the details that Yukina is Hiei&#039;s sister). Like Keiko, she is a woman who is unafraid to speak her mind or deliver a beat-down where needed. She even yells out to Toguro during the Dark Tournament when he goes up to face Yusuke. Shizuru also appears in the Chapter Black and Three Kings saga. During the Three Kings saga, Shizuru who was tired of seeing her brother recklessly endanger his life began to harshly discipline Kazuma to force him to keep up in his school studies and warned him that he would only bring ruin to his life if he kept fighting. In the anime, Shizuru is introduced later (during the Yukina arc rather than right after Keiko&#039;s fiery haircut), but ends up having a larger role, mostly due to the addition of her romance with Sakyo and her taking on Atsuko&#039;s role.

A busty third year student and the current leader of the Juken Club. She is very skilled in various martial arts, but does not possess the Dragon's Eye like her siblings. For this reason her father entrusted her with the cursed sword Reiki. Early in the series, she would use a body manipulation technique to revert to herself into her childhood form to conserve her ki.   ~!She also posses the Amaterasu Dragon Gate will nullifies Reiki's ki and also Shins. Shin will do anything to protect her. Her energy flow is anti-clockwise which gives her control over others whose flow is clock-wise. Lin (リン, Rin?, spelled Lynn in certain English adaptations) is introduced in the first chapter as a young orphaned girl who resides in the village where Ken and Bat are jailed. While working as jailer, Ken befriends Lin, helps her recover her voice by pushing a power point, and later rescues her from Zeed gang. 

Lin follows Ken after he leaves her village, but she ends up being captured by the Golan commandos (Club's gang in the TV series), only to be rescued once again by Ken and from then, she accompanies Ken on his journey alongside Bat. In the latter half of the series, Lin grows into womanhood and becomes leader of the Hokuto Army with Bat. At this point, she learns that she is the estranged twin sister of the Heavenly Empress Lui.

In _Hokuto no Ken Gaiden: Tensai Amiba no Isekai Haou Densetsu_ she is the magic instructor of Amiba, but has the opposite personality than in the main world.

Bat is a wandering thief and orphan. He originally resided in a small village run by Toyo, but when the food supply began to run out he left so that the younger orphans could have his share.

Kicker's younger sister. She shares many of her brother's traits, both good and bad. Despite her shortcomings, she cares deeply for her family and often proves to be quite brave.

Her love interest is Rad White.

Milly Thompson is a fellow Bernardelli agent and friend and assistant to Meryl. Despite physically towering over Meryl, Milly looks up to her and always refers to her as "senpai," or "Ma'am" in the English Version, as a term of respect for a senior.  Although physically very strong, she appears rather simple and ditzy, but has an extremely kind heart and also reveals a strength of character and genuine optimism. However, Milly can be just as hotheaded as Meryl if someone is disrespectful towards their family (or wasting food, especially pudding). She can seem somewhat dim, but she has some amazing skills (chess playing, for one) which hint at a deeply buried intelligence. She does have a tendency to go a bit overboard when drinking.  She seemed to pick up on the fact that Vash is the notorious Stampede before Meryl, but she is apparently still somewhat surprised upon realizing that she was correct. Milly comes from a very large family, and writes letters to them constantly (known as "The Milly Monthly").  Somehow Milly manages to hide a very heavy concussion gun (referred to as a "stun-gun") under her coat. The shots, which pop out into the shape of an X-shaped claw, are so powerful they can even knock over trucks. At one point Milly refers to herself as "Stun-gun Milly".

Diana is the third of the feline characters to appear, though the circumstances of her introduction vary. In the manga, she first appears when the Senshi travel to the 30th century in Act 18. There, she is revealed as the child of Luna and Artemis, and when the Senshi return to the 20th century in Act 23, she goes with them. In the anime, she does not appear until Episode 133 of the SuperS series, when the grey kitten suddenly jumps out of the bushes, calls Artemis her Daddy, and nuzzles up against him. Artemis is confused and horrified, while an infuriated Luna accuses him of an affair and scratches him across the face before running off. Only later is it revealed that Diana has come from the future.  Just as Luna and Artemis guide Usagi and Minako, Diana acts as a guardian to Chibiusa. She is very curious, eager to help, and deeply polite, always addressing Usagi and Mamoru with the Japanese honorific "-sama" and calling Chibiusa by her formal title, Small Lady. She is also able to help the Senshi on occasion, despite her youth, and often because of the knowledge she has gained in the future.  In both versions of the series, Diana has red eyes.
