Bra is the second child (after Trunks) of Bulma and Vegeta. Unlike Pan who acts tomboyish, Bra acts feminine and sticks around her mom. Like Bulma, Bra has blue hair in the anime and purple hair in the manga. Her father doesn&#039;t appear to make a point of encouraging her to train (like he does to her brother Trunks), but the two are quite close, as it becomes apparent in Dragon Ball GT, where Vegeta proves to be very protective of his daughter on multiple occasions. During the Baby Saga, Bra (along with the rest of the world) is possessed by Baby. She is one of the four characters who help Baby become stronger; after this, however, her role is greatly reduced. Examinee #246 during the Hunter Exam. Ponzu is the only prominent female who managed to enter the last few stages of the Hunter exam. Her secret weapon lies in the big round hat she wears, which carries powerful bees under the surface that emerge and attack people that threaten her. Although Ponzu is a relatively minor character in the series, her cute and girlish charm has won her some fans who voted for her in an early Hunter popularity poll. 

~!During the fourth stage of the Hunter exam her bees kill Barbon when she falls into his trap. She is rescued by Gon, Leorio, and Kurapika, but her tag is taken by Leorio when she is unconscious, and she is therefore not able to continue to the last stage of the Exam.!~

Knowing that Pokkle won't be eaten immediately, she rushed to write SOS messages in blood and uses her bees to bring the message to the strongest Hunter nearby. Together with her partner and love interest, Takuto Kira, Meroko Yui is a part of the shinigami team Negi Ramen, sent to collect the soul of 12-year-old Mitsuki Kouyama. Meroko is a rabbit shinigami with long ears, and she is capable of transforming into an anthropomorphic bunny stuffed toy.  She has a hot temper and is sometimes very moody especially when it comes to her relationship with Takuto (despite her constant attempts to impress him, he doesn't seem to notice her or have the same feelings).  Though she tries to help Mitsuki with her singing career, her ideas often get the girl into trouble.  In the anime, she is rather fond of changing her appearance into other characters, and her trademark phrase in the anime is "Mero Mero Change!" 

The Class President of Class 2A. She wanted to be class president due to her favorite pop star stating that he liked class presidents: she decided to be class president for the rest of her life. Basketball Jersey: Number 7 Nicknames: Pony Position: Unknown  Mai seems to be romantically involved with Kazuhiko Aikawa and becomes his girlfriend later in the series. Aikawa nicknames her "Pony" because of her long ponytail-like hair when he first saw her.  Her position on the team has never been revealed, neither in the manga nor in the anime. She is the Princess of planet Analogue and leader of the Black Gema Gema Gang. Her parents left her in Rik, Ky, and Coo's care until she is thirteen because they are embarrassed to show their faces when their attempt to take over planet Di Gi Charat failed. She had to flee to earth because she blew up a city and couldn't pay for repairs. Piyoko's dresses similar to that of a nurse's uniform, but in black and white colors like a panda. She ends her sentences with "pyo". She has an attack similar to Dejiko's Laser Eye Beam called Upchuck Bazooka which is a beam that comes from her mouth, but whenever she attempts to attack Dejiko with it, she more often than not gets attacked herself. Piyoko makes a brief cameo in Episode 2 of Cromartie High School as a teenage version of herself.

Bulma is originally a secondary main character, but her role is quickly downplayed as the series continues, even though she does remain an important support character for most of the series. Bulma is a direct parody of the character Xuanzang from the Chinese novel Journey to the West. Even though Bulma's character parodies a monk, her Japanese name "Buruma" is the brand of a popular gym short worn by girls in Japan. Her re-adapted name Bulma is a direct take on the word "bloomers", which was a popular brand of women's underwear in the early 20th century.  Bulma is the second character to be introduced in the Dragon Ball series. In the early part of the story, she is the inventor of the Dragon Radar and is searching for the legendary Dragon Balls. Bulma was hoping to use the Dragon Balls to wish for the perfect boyfriend. While searching for a nearby Dragon Ball, she runs into Son Goku. It is at this time that she finds out Goku inherited one of the balls (the four-star ball) she is searching for from his Grandpa Gohan. Because of Goku's love for the ball and his belief that his Grandpa's spirit lives in the ball, Goku is not willing to give it up. Bulma then asks him to loan it for her in exchange of taking him in her travels. At that point, they team up to find the remainder of the balls and the adventure begins. In the later action-oriented episodes of the series, there is little room for a genius but Bulma continues to play a role as a secondary character, helping Goku and his friends with her gadgets, and having a rather rocky relationship with Yamcha.
