Genma Saotome is very much like his son, [Ranma.](https://anilist.co/character/668/Ranma-Saotome) He is somewhat arrogant when it comes to his martial arts abilities, which he rarely showcases due to cowardice or laziness. It was Genma that took Ranma to Jusenkyo. Because he was unable to read the pamphlet, which was in Chinese, he had no idea of the curses that existed there. 
When splashed with cold water Genma transforms into a panda. When in this form, he uses signs with written messages on them to communicate. Although he often tries to rid himself of his curse, he doesn't seem to mind it as much as Jusenkyo's other victims. Dr. Asakura is the developer of the "Thirds" and a brilliant researcher in the field of artificial intelligence. He worked with D'anclaude together at "conception", which shows a photo of the two. But now his briefcase insight has been locked in "Conception", as if he had never been employed there. Asakura was brainwashed (he finds it hard to remember events that are further back, but his research is not affected) subject and spends his time on Danicci hill in a building complex of "Conception". There Asakura works with the help of his assistant Wilbur, he has upgraded the CPU, because he had not been smart enough, to his latest project - the "alives" or "fourth". A new model of Biodroiden who no longer need to make that more human-like, because they do not need any attributes of the flora or fauna. 

Sanga was dictator of the city Last Land. Known for being manipulative and ambitious, he controlled the people by making false idols, such as Bista and Sāra.
He was killed by Kenshiro, who then left the city to retrieve medicine for the sick Bista. During this time, Last Land was usurped by Sanga's estranged son, Seiji, who had come too late to take revenge on his father.
Sanga was cruel and hard towards his son, abandoning him in the wasteland when he was still a child. ~!It was later revealed that Sanga did this because he loved Seiji and wanted him to become stronger in such harsh times.!~

Tokagero is a 600 year old spirit from the same time as Amidamaru. He was a thief who was eventually killed by Amidamaru and because he wanted revenge he was not able to pass on. Because of his hatred he eventually turned his skin lizard green. During his life time he became infamous and even gained his own fighting style called Tokage Kenpo (Lizard Style). He always calls himself a nasty villain but is in reality a big softie who only misses the comfort of a mother&#039;s care.    

When he was alive, Tokagero was a thief that was born into poverty. Tokagero was forced to eat his own dead mother to survive. He then became a thief ambushing people. An ancient bandit, he stole everything--money, food, lives and even more so. He led a horde of bandits who terrorized the area 600 years ago.    

There was a hill Tokagero and his group used as a hideout, but one day Amidamaru passed by and was ambushed by them. However, being the stronger one, Amidamaru killed Tokagero and his group.     

In the modern age Tokagero attacks Asakura Yoh and his friends in order to get revenge on Amidamaru, who does not recall him at all. Through Kyoyama Anna research, they learn that he is an obscure historical figure who was killed by Amidamaru. Tokagero possesses Yoh&#039;s friend Umemiya Ryunosuke &quot;Wooden Sword&quot; Ryu and uses him to steal the Harusame (Sword of Light) from the museum and attack Yoh and Amidamaru. The fight that ensues forces Yoh and Amidamaru to break the Harusame in order to save Ryu&#039;s life.    

Yoh appeals to Tokagero and allows him to possess him instead of Ryu, who is just an innocent bystander, because Yoh believes that Tokagero is not as evil as he claims. Togakero does so, with the supposed intention of killing Yoh in the process, but finds he does not have the heart to and leaves Yoh&#039;s body peacefully.

As a doctor, he is a very able man, and because he treats everyone the same patient, he makes on others always a nice impression. His life has not been easy, as both his wife and his child he lost. Of which he has not let it get in Kiyoko and has now found a new love with which he is engaged. He also has a physical disability affecting his right leg.

The priest appeared in episode 026 of the anime. In the beginning of the episode, the Kurozuishou revealed to Zoisite that the priest was the carrier of the orange Nijizuishou. The next time he was seen was in a cemetery in Yokohama. Usagi and Umino took their friend Naru Osaka to Yokohama to help her cope with the tragic death of her love interest, Nephrite. Naru saw the priest and ran to him, asking him what she should do, since someone very precious to her died and she has been suffering. The priest said, &quot;You have a very beautiful heart. I am sure that person&#039;s soul was saved.&quot; She also told him that now that Nephrite is gone, she has nothing left. The priest said, &quot;That is not true. Love will be right next to you before you know it. Turn around and you will find love.&quot; Unfortunately, when she turned around, she was faced with Zoisite, who had come to collect the priest&#039;s Nijizuishou!    The priest asked Zoisite to identify himself, but Zoisite said, &quot;Wouldn&#039;t you rather learn more about yourself?&quot; He said that he is just a simple priest, but Zoisite told him that the Kurozuishou would reveal who he really is. Meanwhile, Sailor Moon also noticed that there was a Nijizuishou nearby, and soon confronted Zoisite. He tossed the Kurozuishou into the air, and it shot a beam of light towards the priest, fully extracting the orange Nijizuishou and causing the priest to transform into his youma form as Boxy. Sailor Moon was ultimately able to heal Boxy with &quot;Moon Healing Escalation,&quot; and he turned back into the priest. After his transformation, he was wearing white robes and he said, &quot;Do you believe in God? I do. Love thy neighbors.&quot;    The priest only made one other appearance in the Sailor Moon series, in episode 041. Endymion, who had been brainwashed and was working with the Dark Kingdom, was attempting to capture all seven former Nijizuishou carriers and trap them within the Kurozuishou. The Dark Kingdom hoped that although the former youma had been healed by Sailor Moon, they would be able to use their energy and the power of the Kurozuishou to transform them back into youma. After they were reunited, it was hoped that they would come together to form one extremely powerful youma to destroy the Sailor Senshi. Endymion was able to capture six of the seven former Nijizuishou carriers (including the priest) within the Kurozuishou before Sailor Mercury destroyed it. Sakiko&#039;s father is a commanding older man who appears only in the anime, in episode 020. He lives with his daughter at Inaka-hama in Pension Adams, a large European-style hotel on the beach. He seems to be a very angry man, and refuses to allow Sakiko to befriend any guests at the hotel... including Usagi, Ami, Rei, and Luna. He is very threatening, and even warns Ami, &quot;You girls should get out of here quickly. That is, if you don&#039;t want to be in more frightening situations.&quot; Later, Ami learns that Sakiko&#039;s father has been hypnotizing Sakiko in order to harness her powerful psychic powers. Many people were skeptical of the girl, so although she herself does not want to, he attempts to strengthen her power. At this point, she is able to conjure up the poltergeist-like spirit that had been terrorizing the guests at dinner. Ami interrupts the hypnosis session between Sakiko and her father, and Sakiko wakes up. Unfortunately, the spirit does not disappear, and it is now uncontrollable. It begins to attack Sakiko&#039;s father. Sakiko rushes to her father&#039;s aid, and he tells her to run. He says, &quot;I am sorry. I knew you just wanted to live like a normal girl, but I...&quot; she cuts him off by hugging him. The ghost rushes towards the two, and Sakiko blasts it with a huge burst of energy. Finally, the ghost disappears. Sakiko&#039;s father says, &quot;I just wanted everyone to acknowledge that Sakiko possessed truly strong powers and though I knew that she hated her powers, I continued training her. I used the guests who happened to come to this hotel to conduct experiments.&quot; The next day, the three girls go to the beach with Sakiko and play ball in the sand. Sakiko&#039;s father looks on, and the hotel employees ask if there will ever be any more ghosts... they are scaredy-cats who can&#039;t deal with the apparitions! Mr. Okajima is a stern and often angry man, throughout the movie he has a curt and direct attitude towards the family. Many of the times, he has an emotionless and angry appearance, but is reserved and calm throughout the movie. Although he cares deeply for his family by being stern, he is very enigmatic and often comes across as cruel towards others.

Seldom directly involved in police actions, he is nonetheless constantly working behind the scenes to coordinate the efforts of his agents, making quick and authoritative decisions and maintaining tight control of Kusanagi. 

Megatron's right-hand man. A loyal and cold subordinate, he is often tasked with spying on the Autobots, which he often accomplishes with the aid of his cassette minions Laserbeak, Frenzy, Rumble, Buzzsaw and Ratbat.

Kanji Igari is an old pro wrestler known all over the world. He loves the audience during his fights and the audience loves him. Extremely unusual is how the crowd can give him motivation and strength. He is in his definitely best condition when people watch him and shout his name, and many fighters can confirm this phenomenon. Even when in the locker-room he seems to be a resigned old man, after entering the ring he becomes a powerful star.

He's known for the cunning side of his personality. No one ever knows what to expect from him in his fights and often uses the worst of psychological plays. For example, before the 3rd match in the Maximum Tournament, he realizes he could lose and goes so far to kneel and cry, begging Baki Hanma to let him win, but this is simply one of his means of psychological warfare to make Baki underestimate him. He is well known for fighting dirty, going as far to kick Baki in the balls, as well as pretend to give up so he could sneak attack him and even going so far as to hire an actress who looked enough like Baki's mother Emi Akezawa to try to psychologically hurt Baki out further. At the same time, he is very honest with himself. He knows his weaknesses and limits. Igari uses these tricks mainly when he has to do that. However is he is not unable to fight fairly: a good example is his great duel with the former yokozuna named Kinryuuzan, although he knew that he had to use something more in case of a fight with Baki or Sikorsky.

Naraku&#039;s third detachment. Goshinki has the ability to sense the thoughts of others, which enables him to outmaneuver Inuyasha and break Tessaiga by biting it. However, breaking Tessaiga caused Inuyasha to transform into his berserk yōkai state, after which Goshinki could no longer read his thoughts, and Inuyasha killed him. Sesshoumaru, realizing that Goshiki had broken Tessaiga, took his fangs and had the sword Tokijin made from them; Tokijin, filled with Goshinki&#039;s malice, is too powerful and malevolent for anyone but Sesshoumaru to handle. Kyokotsu is the first to appear in both the anime and manga and is the first sign of the existence of the Shichinin-tai. He is presumably the weakest of the seven despite his abnormal size. His appetite for human flesh makes him a cannibal, but he eats youkai flesh as well. He does not use any weapons to fight except his bare hands, and can usually crush an enemy within seconds.
