
Ichigo is one of the main characters, and a student of Starlight Academy. She is cheerful and has a cute personality; her choice in her cards reflects this. Her favorite brand of cards is Angely Sugar.

Ichigo was a middle school freshman. After seeing Mizuki's performance, she's inspired and enrolls into Starlight Academy, which is the beginning of her idol career. She's a complete novice, yet she is optimistic and works hard to become the top idol. She does not have much knowledge of the entertainment world, so she always has her best friend, Aoi Kiriya teach her.

Her favorite food is seaweed bento, her special skill is cooking, and her good luck charm is a rice scoop. She doesn't have any disliked food.

Touya is one of the Shichisei; a tall character dressed properly in a white suit, with his head compromised of five balloons (the red one with six eyes being the &quot;face&quot;). His method of attacking is by exposing people&#039;s happiness and making it grow; he attaches a semi-invisible balloon by a person&#039;s neck to act as a container for their happiness, sending them into a daze and, if Touya wishes it so, makes them able to infect others the same way. The balloon then grows larger as the person experiences more happiness, and eventually pops, disclosing a hideous beast that devours the person in question. Touya is also able to levitate and teleport in balloon form, and when he speaks his voice sounds like it&#039;s been put through a sound distorter.     ~!Touya is actually not male at all, but a small girl hiding inside the white suit, holding the balloons that make Touya&#039;s head. She believes death to be the ultimate form of happiness, as she died on her first visit to an amusement park when she was little and thus joined the two feelings of joy and death together, thinking them to be the same thing.!~

Rumi is a lonely primary school student who is openly despised by her peers. Hayato at first tried to resolve the situation through talking to her in front of her classmates, which instead attracted more hateful attention to her. After much discussion, Hachiman and company decided that the only way out is to destroy the trust between her peers, through having Hayato and Kakeru acting as bullies threatening Rumi's group-mates during treasure hunt and exposing their selfish nature to each other, thus preventing further organized acts of teasing on Rumi. Hinami is a child ghoul whose parents were killed by ghoul investigators. Before, she and her mother seek help from the owner of the Antique Cafe to acquire food. Hinami is initially quite shy, but when she opens up, she is cheerful and earnest. Ken helps her learn kanji, as she cannot attend school, and is very eager to learn. Currently, she is living together with Touka Kirishima.

Maiya is Sayumi's little sister. She is quite different from older sister in which Sayumi comments her as "wild and ill-mannered." She thinks her sister and Andou are possibly dating.
