Cameran was a female youma under the control of Nephrite in episode 017 (Model ha Usagi? Youma camera no nessha). Her mission was to gather the energy of award-winning photographer Kijin Shinokawa once he reached his peak energy output. Nephrite put his evil crest on Kijin&#039;s camera, causing him to become obsessed with taking photographs of young girls. Usagi, along with hundreds of other young girls, was selected for a photo shoot with Kijin. It soon became apparent that when he took the girls&#039; photographs, they disappeared and were trapped within photos. Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon and confronted the photographer, who continued to try to take her picture. She managed to kick his camera into the nearby pool, leaving Kijin unconscious and causing Cameran to emerge. Cameran then attempted to take Sailor Moon&#039;s picture, but she was able to dodge the beams. Just as one of the beams was about to hit Sailor Moon, Luna jumped in front of the girl and was hit instead, causing her to become trapped in a photograph. Cameran threw photographs of Luna and Kijin at Sailor Moon. Cameran eventually backed Sailor Moon into a corner, but Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars suddenly appeared to thwart her plans. Sailor Mercury used her Sab&atilde;o Spray attack to fill the air with bubbles and mist, while Sailor Mars used her Akuryou Taisan attack to fling ofuda at the youma. Cameran was able to deflect the ofuda by blasting them with photographic beams, and she even managed to hit Sailor Mars and Mercury, causing them to become trapped in photographs as well. Sailor Moon backed up against a mirrored wall, and remembered that if the camera captures someone, they are instantly turned into a picture. When Cameran next tried to take Sailor Moon&#039;s picture, Sailor Moon leapt out of the way at the last second, causing the flash to be reflected back onto the youma. Cameran instantly began to melt, and Sailor Moon used her Moon Tiara Action attack to destroy her once and for all. Everyone whose picture was taken reappeared.    Cameran had lavender skin and wavy blue hair. One outstanding physical feature was her broad, horn-like shoulders. She also had a burgundy line that ran vertically across her face, through her right eye. Her right hand had a third eye which acted like a camera. Castor and Pollux are twin female youma under the control of Nephrite in episode 021 (Protect the Childrens&#039; Dream! A Frienship Tied by Anime). Because they were Nephrite&#039;s strongest youma, their primary mission is to help him defeat the Sailor Senshi. The other part of their mission is to gather the energy of the young animator Hiromi Matsuno once she reaches her peak energy output. Nephrite puts his evil crest on one of Hiromi&#039;s animation pencils, causing her to become obsessed with drawing better images than her friend Kazuko Tadashita, and hastening her approach towards her peak energy output. Once Hiromi reaches her productive peak, Castor and Pollux immediately emerge from the pencil and drain all of the girl&#039;s energy. Kazuko, Usagi, Ami, and Rei are all on the scene. Kazuko faints, and the girls take the opportunity to transform and challenge the youma. The youma say that because they are bound together by friendship, they cannot be defeated. Castor attacks the senshi with a fiery attack like Sailor Mars&#039;s Fire Soul. Next, Pollux attacks with an attack like Sailor Mercury&#039;s Sab&atilde;o Spray. The senshi are confused because the youma are using attacks very much like their own. The youma step forward and Castor says that she will finish the girls off. Pollux angrily says that that is her job! The two youma immediately begin to argue, and decide to end their friendship. Their tails, which had previously been tied together, break apart. The senshi attack with a powerful combination attack: Sailor Moon uses Moon Tiara Action, Sailor Mars uses Fire Soul, and Sailor Mercury uses Sab&atilde;o Spray. As the tiara flies through the air, it is surrounded by flames and bubbles. It hits the youma, who say that they should have valued their friendship more. They are instantly destroyed, and Hiromi&#039;s energy is returned.    Castor and Pollux are identical except for their coloring. They both have long tails which are tied together at the end. Castor has orange skin, red eyes, light brown hair, and a red forehead marking. She wears a magenta outfit. Pollux has blue skin, blue eyes, light blue hair, and a yellow forehead marking. Minotauron was a female Cardian who appeared in episode 048. Mizuno, Rei Hino, Makoto Kino, Minako Aino, and Naru Osaka were invited to the TV Ashita to audition for a part in a new television drama starring Mikan Shiratori. At this point, only Sailor Moon had been reawakened as a Sailor Senshi and regained her memories of the past. The audition was hijacked by the aliens Ail and An when they decided that the girls would be good targets for stealing energy. When all of the girls arrived for the audition, the aliens summoned Minotauron and instructed her to steal their energy. The girls were quite confused and began to scream and run away. Ail remarked that the girls&#039; screams were more pleasing than the most beautiful music in the world.    Luna an Usagi had followed the girls to the audition. Luna noticed that a dark purple haze was coming from the audition room, so she went to investigate. Once inside, she saw that the girls were fleeing from Minotauron. They were unable to find an exit due to the haze. Naru quickly became exhausted and fell to the ground. While Minako and Ami tended to her, Rei and Makoto decided that they had no choice but to turn and fight the Cardian. Rei flung her purse at Minotauron to slow her down, then used her Akuryou Taisan attack to stun her. Meanwhile, Makoto grabbed Minotauron and flung her into a nearby column, temporarily incapacitating her. Luna was amazed to see that although the girls weren&#039;t even Senshi, they were still fighting against evil. Minotauron quickly rose and charged towards Naru, then began draining the young girl&#039;s energy. In a move of desperation, Luna attacked the Cardian, distracting her enough to release Naru. Naru slumped to the ground, unconscious. The other girls rushed to her side to pick her up, then attempted to escape. Ail could not believe what was happening; he soon disappeared from the area, leaving the rest up to the Cardian. Usagi slipped into the room, thinking that the audition was over... but Luna quickly told her to transform into Sailor Moon to protect her friends.    Just as Minotauron cornered the girls, Sailor Moon appeared. The other girls felt that there was something vaguely familiar about this scenario, but couldn&#039;t quite identify what it was. Sailor Moon attempted to heal the Cardian... but quickly realized that she no longer had the Moon Stick. This stunned her and put her at a disadvantage. Minotauron took advantage of this to begin attacking her. Rei became angry that Sailor Moon kept running away, and wanted to do something, but was unsure about what. Although Luna was struggling with the decision of whether or not to reawaken the Senshi, she realized that seeing Sailor Moon was causing the girls to remember parts of their past. Minotauron charged at Sailor Moon, using her massive horns to lift the girl into the air and drain her energy. Luna rushed forward and restored the other girls&#039; memories of the past, and they immediately transformed into Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter, and Sailor Venus. Sailor Mercury used her Sab&atilde;o Spray attack to obscure the Cardian&#039;s vision and confuse her, while Sailor Jupiter used her Supreme Thunder attack to shock the beast and temporarily incapacitate her. Sailor Mars and Sailor Venus used a combined Fire Soul/Crescent Beam attack to completely destroy Minotauron.    Minotauron&#039;s name is derived from the mythical creature called the Minotaur: a half-bull, half-human beast which resided at the center of a labyrinth (a maze-like construction). To further play on this theme, it is noted several times within the episode that the TV Ashita building is like a maze, and is very confusing to navigate. Amaderasu was a Cardian who appeared in episode 053. Ail and An wanted to steal very &quot;young&quot; and &quot;fresh&quot; energy, so they sent Amaderasu to attack local nursery schools. They began by sending her to attack Juuban Municipal Nursery School. A bright orange light flashed above the school, and Amaderasu appeared in a glowing orb above. She formed a ball of energy in her hands and sent thin, sparkling strings floating to the Earth. The strings enveloped the babies, workers, and parents at the school, draining them of their energy. Everyone was knocked unconscious as their energy was depleted, and Amaderasu vanished.     Usagi, Mamoru, and Ami witnessed the attack taking place, and called ambulances to the scene. Everyone was taken to the hospital for care, where it was discovered that only one child - Manami - was unaffected. Mamoru and Usagi volunteered to care for Manami while his mother was in the hospital. In the meantime, the Senshi worked to learn more about Amaderasu. Rei used her fire reading technique to learn to recognize Amaderasu&#039;s evil aura. Thus, they were able to determine that the location of her next attack would be Nakayoshi Koyoshi Nursery School.    At the nursery school, an orange glow covered everything and Amaderasu appeared in the sky. Like before, a blue orb appeared in her hands as she prepared to attack. This time, Sailor Mars, Sailor Venus, and Sailor Jupiter arrived to stop her. Sailor Venus used her &quot;Crescent Beam&quot; attack, but Amaderasu was barely fazed. The Cardian created orange bubbles which encased the babies, causing them to float up and create a protective shield around Amaderasu. The Senshi realized that they could not attack her like this. Soon, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Moon arrived, but Amaderasu began draining their energy. The Moonlight Knight appeared on the scene and distracted the Cardian long enough for Mercury and Moon to be released. Sailor Mercury was incredibly angry, so she gathered her strength to use a new attack, &quot;Sab&atilde;o Spray Freezing.&quot; The attack froze Amaderasu in ice, giving Sailor Moon the opportunity to use &quot;Moon Princess Halation&quot; to completely destroy her. Pharmakon was a Droid belonging to Esmeraude which appeared in episode 78. She created medicine that contained Dark Power to &quot;cure&quot; the virus that had infected everyone other than Minako.    Pharmakon took the form of a human nurse, but when she revealed her Droid identity, she had a metallic body with a syringe and a scalpel instead of arms. She pinned Sailor Venus to the wall after shooting a volley of syringes, but was destroyed after the Sailor Senshi and Tuxedo Mask came to rescue her.     (Source: Project WikiMoon)
