Takuo Shibuimaru is the second person that Light kills using his Death Note. Shibuimaru rides a motorcycle and travels with a group of bikers, and starts annoying a woman in the street. After Light hears his name and sees him chasing this woman, Light writes his name down in all variations possibles to write his name, and uses a condition, a death by traffic accident. A truck slams into Shibuimaru's motorcycle, killing him. In the manga, Shibuimaru and his group harass the woman, while in the anime him and his group try to sexually assault her. In the manga Light feels some guilt since Shibuimaru is not a criminal.

Asaka&rsquo;s supervisor for Emerald Company. He looks like an orange rabbit and lives with her in Cosmos House apartment room 4. 

Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, Kuriza. 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by Goku, who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler Trunks. A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: Cell, a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." In Toriyama's out-of-continuity parody of his earlier work Neko Majin Z, Freeza sends his henchman Vegeta on errand to retrieve his missing son on Earth.!~

He first challenges Reiji to a showdown for stealing his spot in the tournament, but quickly agrees to join his team and help him. He is a strong foe who went crazy during the last tournament, and seeks revenge on a Kohei who took out one of his eyes. Usually a rough, uncouth drunkard, he has a strong sense of righteousness, and is greatly loyal to his comrades. He has 2 brothers: Hakkaku and Gokaku.

Izumo, a half-demon who turns to a demon (under the name Gyuo) at night, but a human at day, is a clever philosopher who likes nature and the world. He is the one who knows how to make a shikon no tama, and a frog-demon with some other demons grab him so that they can start making a fake shikon no tama. Izumo agrees and makes many copies of shikon no tamas which only has small power. He said to the frog-demon that to make the copies like the real one, they had to collect the souls of people with Aramitama (Courage), Nigimitama (Friendship), Kushimitama (Wisdom) and Sakimitama (Love). He appears in episodes 94-95.

Higure is often called an &quot;Otaku&quot; by his rival Masa, mostly as an insult. In Japan the word &quot;Otaku&quot; means a person who extremely obsesses over something, to the point that their lives revolve around absolutely nothing but their obsession. In Higure&#039;s case, it&#039;s rare chip collecting.     Higure has his own Rare Battle Chip shop in town, as well as his own Net Navi called Numberman. Higure doesn&#039;t get along with Masa, as they are both trying to compete for Mariko-sensei&#039;s affections.

Guuk is one of the thirteen shinigami, he has what looks to be a rams skull for is head and fair patches around his body. His shingami rank is seven and he is often seen gambling with other shingami in the shingami realm. 

Abyo is very outgoing, competitive, stubborn, energetic, and excitable. He&#039;s Garu&#039;s best friend and he&#039;s also good friends with Pucca and Ching. A practitioner of Kung-Fu, Abyo uses nunchucks as weapons. Abyo&#039;s signature move is a running gag in the series: he jumps up, yells &quot;Hi-Ya!&quot;, and rips off his shirt at least once in every episode. If he can&#039;t rip his shirt off, he settles for whatever else he happens to be wearing, resulting in him severely embarrassing himself in public.    His physical appearance is an homage to martial arts icon Bruce Lee, but unlike the late martial artist, Abyo&#039;s personality is very headstrong and impulsive and it is with this kind of attitude that he is often left with the shorter end of the stick.    Abyo is the son of Bruce, the police chief of Sooga. He trains under Chang at the Turtle Training hall with Garu, Ching, and Ssoso. He&#039;s also a bit of a womanizer, yet usually ignores Ching&#039;s crush on him, much to her frustration; this slightly wears off when she proves to be one really good martial artist and saves Abyo&#039;s life, though. Ring Ring has a crush on him also (in Ching It On) but he actually returns the favor. When Muji tried to lower Abyo into a tub of boiling acid, Ching cut off Muji&#039;s moustache (his only weakness) and saved Abyo. He has also willingly kissed Ching in Misplaced Face. He also kissed Pucca in Abra Ca Pucca when he was put under a love spell by Pucca with Santa&#039;s wand (when she had, in fact, been trying to put the spell on Garu). It is revealed in A Better Boyfriend that he is allergic to mustard which causes his head to grow big, red and swollen. Throughout the series, Abyo is shown to be a bit of a show-off.  

14 years old, and another ninja like Garu, Tobe is Garu&#039;s Arch-enemy and strives to defeat Garu at all costs with his two swords. Tobe is rarely capable of defeating Garu, however, much less Pucca. For some reason, Tobe is always trying to strike vengeance on Garu, though they never mention what Garu&#039;s ever done to him. The fact Tobe frequently mentions Garu&#039;s ancestors to Garu may be a clue to it. In the television series, he often makes quotes that range from overly melodramatic to just plain ridiculous (i.e., &quot;The fly is walking right into my weblike... mousetrap.&quot;). It is shown that he and Garu might respect each other as friends after being stuck together, but Tobe quickly reverts back to evil. It is also shown that defeating Garu is Tobe&#039;s life goal. In Prince Not So Charming, when Tobe beats up Lazlo Gozalotovish (believing he is Garu), he claims that it is the most glorious day of his life, then after a long pause, he says, &quot;Uh... What do we do now?&quot; Tobe has an X-shaped scar between his eyes and usually wears his ninja mask. However, Tobe has been seen without his mask a number of times before, in which he has a samurai ponytail. He is accompanied by his ninja minions who, more often than not, eliminate themselves by misinterpreting Tobe&#039;s commands or just acting utterly stupid, much to Tobe&#039;s annoyance. They work cheap, as mentioned by Tobe when he and Garu are stuck together. Tobe&#039;s minions are almost never unmasked, even if they go to sleep. Flag fighter with the Union forces' anti-Gundam Overflags team. Seems to be hostile towards Graham, and shows contempt for the other members of the Overflags, mocking them during his debut.

A shrewd and calculating person, Ochi knows how to control the economy of The World from behind the scenes. He uses his vast network of contacts and employees to manipulate things to his advantage without them ever being traced to him. He is aware of the threat other merchants pose to his business, and is not afraid to use lies or violence to force competitors out of business for good. He always forming new business strategies and almost always has several backup plans prepared in case something should go wrong. 

Zaboera is the bishop of the Mystic Legion in Vearn's Dark Army. He is a Darkling and the father of Zamza. As the commander of the Dark Army's legion of spellcasters, Zaboera is an unfathomably powerful sorcerer on his own right, and easily one of the strongest of the manga's universe.

Galdandy is a minor antagonist in Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai. He is a direct subordinate of Baran and one of the three lieutenants of the Dragon Legion serving as the Sky Dragon Rider.
