Germania’s grandson who was in love with Italy (then Chibitalia), for he thought that Italy was a girl.   For a while, he lived with Austria, Hungary, and Italy. It was then that he made the decision to try and get Italy to form a new Roman Empire with him. Italy, however, refused, claiming that he didn’t want Holy Rome to end up beaten and fatally wounded like his grandfather. After entering into the Thirty Years War, he disappeared and believed to have died. Beforehand, he said his goodbyes to Italy, who gave him his panties (which was changed to a deck brush in the anime adaptation) to remember him by. The two never met again, but Hidekaz Himaruya promised a happy ending to their story (which has not yet been revealed).  Holy Rome was pretty strong, but had an extremely weak constitution. His love for Italy was so great, that his empire crumbled and he didn’t even care. He was shown as being short tempered, but kind when he wanted to be. As far as skills went, he lacked any sense of artistic ability, but was very smart (apparently, Austria had him studying all the time).   According to Hidekaz Himaruya, his height (as well as Chibitalia’s height) was revealed as being 7 apples tall (about 90cm or 3’0”).  In the English dubbed version of the anime, he was given an Italian accent, which, as pointed out by fans, was historically inaccurate since he was of Germanic descent. In reality, either would suffice considering that the Holy Roman Empire was comprised of several countries and territories, all of different ethnic backgrounds, therefore, no single official language was ever recognized.

He used to live in America with Aki, but he didn't care for soccer because of an accident involving one of his best friends. He used to be in Teikoku until he came to Raimon to spy, and saw everyone working hard. He then decided to join the Raimon Soccer Club. With Endo, he feels that he can keep up with him, unlike his friend, Ichinose. He quits being a spy when Fuyukai, the coach and another spy from Teikoku, planned to blow up the bus they were using.

He is one of the players of Teikoku Academy.

 He is a defender for Hakuren.  Yukino has a big body, fair skin tone, eyes always closed, and blushed cheeks.He wears a great, rosy hood around that covers the diameter of his head. He tends to sneeze a lot.  (Source: Inazuma Eleven wiki)

He is a 2nd year student at Raimon (GO). He is big-hearted and likes to go fishing.   Hamano has a very optimistic personality, being the opposite of Hayami's personality. He is shown to be a person who just "follows the flow" and pretty much carefree about his surroundings.   He and Hayami Tsurumasa are close friends. 

Like one of his teammates, he is a SEED from Fifth Sector. In the match between Mannouzaka and Raimon, when Tsurugi shoots at Mannouzaka's goal with Death Sword for the second time, Mitsuru summons his keshin/avatar, Machine Soldier Galleus, and catches the ball.   When Kyousuke shoots at Mannouzaka's goal with his keshin's/avatar's hissatsu shoot, Lost Angel, Shinoyama summons his keshin/avatar again, this time using its catch hissatsu, Guardian Shield. At the last moment, it fails, and the shoot goes through the goalpost, giving Raimon another point. After this, when Shindou uses his Fortissimo shoot, Shinoyama tries to release his keshin/avatar yet again. He fails to do so from exhaustion, and the shoot goes in. The game ended with Raimon's victory. He seemed to cripple in reaction to his team's loss. 

Medam is a defender for Protocol Omega and later for Protocol Omega 2.0. 

He has dark blue hair, black eyes and a dark skin. He wears a blue traditional clothes. When he played for Raimon, he wears the Raimon soccer uniform with the number 21.

Rudzik is a goalkeeper of Protocol Omega 3.0 

Hoda Mitsuhiro is a forward for Unlimited Shining.

Kai is a forward for Ancient Dark and midfielder for Zero.

Flag fighter with the Union forces' anti-Gundam Overflags team. Seems to be hostile towards Graham, and shows contempt for the other members of the Overflags, mocking them during his debut.
