Originally a Waffen SS officer in Nazi Germany, Alfred was part of a cabal of officers within the SS who had realized that the days of the Third Reich was at an end. Before Berlin was encircled by the Soviet Union&#039;s Red Army, they had managed to secure a sizable amount of capital into secured accounts, hiding the numbers within a painting titled, &quot;The Twelve Knights Led by Brunhilda&quot;. He then entrusted the painting into the custodianship of Lt. Col. Spielberger of the SS, with the implication that the painting was done by Adolf Hitler (in actuality, the painting was made by an obscure painter, being that Hitler was only capable of drawing crude outdoor scenes). Spielberger then made his way to the U-Boat pens at Kiel and boarded U-1324, who was taking Lt. Col. Matsuda back to Japanese-held Batavia in Indonesia (now known as Jakarta). However, the U-Boat was sunk just miles away from its target by a U.S. Navy patrol looking for Japanese submarines.    For the most part, the U-Boat remained forgotten in its watery grave &ndash; until a French telecommunications company discovered the sub while laying cable in the area. Alfred, now in hiding in South America, was able to find-out about the sub and formulated an interesting plan. A United States neo-Nazi group, the Aryan Socialist Union, had petitioned his help in financing their efforts. He then assigned them the job of going down to the U-Boat and salvaging the painting. At the same time, however, he also gave the job to the Lagoon Company, who he knew was owned by the African-American Dutch. His objective was to see if the A.S.U. was capable of beating-out what he felt was a &#039;racially-inferior&#039; group.     However, even though the A.S.U. was successful in their job, they ended-up getting slaughtered by Revy and Dutch when the two boarded the ship during the neo-Nazis&#039; drunken celebration. While on the phone to Alfred, the A.S.U.&#039;s leader Ratchman had learned of his deception, much to his horror. Alfred then told Dutch, who, along with Revy was there as well, told him that, despite his race, held a small amount of respect for him.

Shiro Suzuki is chairman and CEO of Suzuki family and Sonoko's father, second wealthist family after Renya Karasuma. 

He is a calm, kind, and polite man. He is usually happy and kind acts kindly toward his family and politely toward other people, and normally doesn't lose his temper. But in his first appearance, when Kaitou Kid send an advance notice, he got angry and tear the notice apart. He is also a fan of martial arts and asked Makoto to tell him about it later.

An old man who owns a repair shop that Bocca worked at. Kurofune comes to him to have his aibar machine, Jaguar Sun, repaired. When the authorities arrive after Kurofune fights Hor, Saburou flees and joins the armed theater group, Chentaruo (this is not known until later in the series in episode 8–10). When Bocca meets Saburou again, it is revealed Saburou was a scientist who helped in the development of Aibar Machines and the Metronome, the space fortress that gives the Aibar Machines the ability to fly, and was supposed to destroy all monsters.

Minami Kuramitsu is the father of Mitoto Kuramitsu, as well as the grandfather of Mihoshi Kuramitsu and Misao Kuramitsu and the Grand Marshall of the Galaxy Police. The Kuramitsu family is one of the most powerful families on the planet Seniwa, and is very dominant in the Galaxy Police.    Minami first appeared in the first OVA series briefly, where he reported to the GP commander that the criminal Kagato had returned. After that the commander found the only officer close by is the Marshall's granddaughter Mihoshi, much to his dismay. Her superior officer Nobeyama then tried unsuccessfully to tell her to not to engage Kagato, to avoid the Marshall's wrath if he were to find out that Mihoshi were in danger.    In the third OVA series it is shown that since Minami loves his granddaughter greatly, so much so that when he received a letter (altered by Z), saying that she was being abused by Tenchi Masaki, Minami quickly dispatched her younger brother Misao aboard the Choubimaru, a huge ship owned by the Kuramitsu family, to rescue Mihoshi, and destroy the Earth to kill Tenchi. Minami went through with this plan, despite a warning from the military officer Nakita, that since the Earth is an undeveloped world, he would risk having the Earthings see it. Nakita also delivered a message from Minami's sister Mikami, that she will sell one of his gardening planets to Lady Seto should the Choubimaru be damaged in the attack, much to Minami's dismay.    In the final episode of the third OVA series during the meeting to pass judgement on those involved in the Choubimaru incident, by Mikami's judgement, Minami is demoted to the position of The Head of Maintenance at the GP spaceship dock as his punishment. When Misao had decided to marry his assistant Mashisu Makibi, at first Minami protested that she was unworthy of marrying into the Kuramitsu family, but was shocked when Mitoto had announced her support and that she was able to get the family council&rsquo;s approval for the wedding.    Minami has also made a few cameo appearances in Tenchi Muyo! GXP where he not only welcomed Seina Yamada to the Galaxy Police, but he and his maintenance crew had also serviced Seina's ship the Kamidake a few times.    (source: Wikipedia)
