Sunako is a dark loner who loves horror movies. She was a normal girl till the cruel words of a crush calling her ugly blackened her view of the world. Now she seeks shelter in the dark recesses of her room with her ‘friends’ horror collectibles like her anatomical model she named Hiroshi-kun. However thanks to her Aunt she is forced to live in the same house of four beautiful boys (aka “Creatures of the light.”) She has trouble looking at them as they are beautiful and unlike the world she is now comfortable with. However these boys are also beautiful in the inside and through friendship she accepts them as they help her find inner beauty too.

Takano Kyohei, Oda Takenaga, Toyama Yukinojo, and Morii Ranmaru are going to rent a house to go to school for free on the condition that they make the girl of the house a "lady". However, Nakahara Sunako, the girl living there, is gloomy, weird, and horror movie maniac. She has a trauma of when she was told she was ugly by the boy whom she loved when she was in junior high school. She doesn't like beautiful things and gets a nosebleed when she looks at something beautiful.

Hannah Alcorn is an actress from Houston, Texas and began acting on stage at the age of 11 and has been working professionally since the age of 18. She is currently a junior working towards her BA in Theatre with a concentration on acting and musical theatre at the University of Houston.    Hannah has recently ventured into the anime industry as a voice actress, and can be heard in her first two principal roles for ADV Films, the sweet-but-bumbling witch hunter Marin Nijihara in "Magikano," and as the lead female character Sunako in the new Shinichi Watanabe comedy "The Wallflower." 

Mi Sook Jeong, joined KBS Voice Acting Division in 1984. One of her well known voice acting is Kagome Higurashi.  Although unrelated to anime, she played the voice of Reith in the PS2 game, Magna Carta the Tears of Blood.
