Illumi is [Killua](https://anilist.co/character/27/Killua-Zoldyck)'s eldest brother. He is an experienced assassin, whom along with his father was responsible for Killua's training and upbringing. During the Hunter Exam, Illumi masked his appearance and used an alias, using special pins to change his entire facial structure to the point where he could only be recognized by his voice. His oppressive evil aura makes even Killua fearful and wary whenever he approaches Illumi.

Masaya Matsukaze is a Japanese actor, voice actor and radio personality. He was formerly affiliated with Big Apple, Radix Mobanimation Multicye Division and Varoque Works, and is currently affiliated with Aoni Production. He was born in Fukushima Prefecture and is now living in Tokyo. He is married to Emika Umemoto (ex-dental assistant) since August 2003.

Originally from Florida, Chris Hackney is an American voice actor currently residing in Los Angeles, CA. As a music major in college, Chris went looking for more outlets of artistic expression, only to discover the world of acting. Several years of training and a cross-country move later, Chris found his life and passion in voiceover. After reuniting with Gon and his friends, Kurapika explained to them the risks he bears because of his abilities. Believing that his target of revenge is no longer alive and the search for his fallen comrade's eyes could truly begin, Kurapika soon after receives a message informing him that all the Spiders still lived. After much discussion between his friends, Gon, Kurapika and company decided to hunt after the one Spider member who's ability could ultimately result in Kurapika's defeat and death. Gon might be a country boy, but he has high aspirations. Despite his Aunt Mito's protests, Gon decides to follow in his father's footsteps and become a legendary Hunter. The Hunter hopefuls begin their journey by storm-tossed ship, where Gon meets Leorio and Kurapika, the only other applicants who aren't devastated by bouts of seasickness.
 
Having survived the terrors of the high seas, Gon and his companions now have to prove their worth in a variety of tests in order to find the elusive Exam Hall. And once they get there, will they ever leave alive...?
