He likes doing things on his own or with his own way and hates taking orders from others. He has a tendency to speak bluntly and act spontaneously. After he acknowledges [Tsubaki](https://anilist.co/character/19462/), he becomes fiercely protective of the latter and less adamant about working alone, now choosing to follow whatever Tsubaki wants him to do, which includes working together with the rest of the Student Council.

At Kaimei High School, the Living Assistance Club (aka the Sket Brigade) was organized to help students with problems big or small. Most of the time, though, they hang out in their club room, bored, with only a few trivial problems floating in every once in a while. In spite of this, they still throw all their energy into solving these worries.
