Tracy is a feisty New York City policewoman, notorious for allowing criminals to attack her so that she can fight back in self-defense. She had received an invitation to the second Toshinden tournament and after participating in the event, the Secret Society was destroyed in its conclusion. Tracy was then sent to Japan and given a new partner named Nagisa Iwashiro, to help bring down the Organization. Although his approach to his work is in total opposition to her own, they agree to enter the third tournament together. Eventually, Tracy and Nagisa succeed in their mission of destroying the Organization and helping the Toshinden fighters stop the evil plot of the group&#039;s leader, Abel. Though Tracy and Nagisa were able to work together from within the fight, the two still share a rocky relationship when it comes to their own methods of police work. Tracy has a twin sister named Rachael, who she was separated at birth from.

For one year, Master Swordsman Eiji Shinjo has been haunted by the memory of his battle with the renegade champion, Gaia - a battle that was cut short by the forces of the malevolent syndicate known as "the organization."

Ogata attended Tokai University, but left due to lack of interest. They then began working as a musical actress, attending the same classes alongside [Rumi Kasahara](https://anilist.co/staff/95996/) and [Shiho Niiyama](https://anilist.co/staff/95724/). Because of their husky voice, they are often typecast as either young men and boys or tomboyish females. It is also because of this that they are sometimes referred as "Aniki" (big brother) by fans.

In a speech at the 16th Seiyu Awards on March 5, 2022, Ogata had shared that they had been wary to accept "Best Leading Actress" as they mostly played boy characters and do not refer to themselves as an actress. Ogata also shared that "There is so much talk about being 'genderless' nowadays and there are voice actors in the industry who have come out. And like myself, there are people out there who go on about their daily lives mostly not thinking of themselves as women."

Apollo Smile (born Paula Apollo Anne Scharf on February 16, 1967 in New York City) is a pop music songwriter, singer and voice actress. Among her earliest efforts was a track on the Tom Cruise film Days of Thunder and a self-titled 1991 album. Later on, she billed herself as "The Live Action Anime Girl" and was invited to several science fiction conventions as a guest. Her convention appearances usually showcased music concerts featuring her original upbeat music and demonstrations of her martial arts abilities. Her typical look during this time was skin-tight spandex clothing, with her blonde hair in pigtails tied off with pink bows.    Smile hosted Sci-Fi Channel's Anime Week in the summer of 1998. Other notable projects included a self-published comic book featuring herself as the central character and the voice of Ulala in the Space Channel 5 video game series.    In more recent years, Apollo Smile has seemingly moved away from the "anime girl" role she created for herself, seeking small but more conventional film and television roles. She also toured for a short while with the Virginia "Atari" band Rockbot.    She is currently listed among the staff at The Dance Corner dancing school in Killingworth, Connecticut.
