A Rookie level digimon. He is basically evil and deceiving, but is no real threat.   ~!In the first series, he is underling of Vamdemon, and is tasked to divide, weaken, or indirectly destroy the DigiDestined. !~  ~!After Vamdemon was first destroyed and come back to life he was still serving his master, but his master consumed him after the evolution. !~

Seven kids are transported to the Digital World, a strange place where digital creatures called "Digimon" reside. A group of Digimon soon befriend them and keep the kids out of harm's way. The children then discover they are the Chosen Children, which protect the Digital World from evil Digimon like Devimon and Vamdemon.

Kouki Miyata is a Japanese voice actor who works for 81 Produce. He was formerly credited as Harunori Miyata (宮田始典, Miyata Harunori). He made his radio CM narration debut on 2 March 1993. He is also the Japanese dub voice of ''Phineas'' in the series ''Phineas and Ferb''

(usually plays many roles where he is either a geek or he plays a genius. In the world of anime, he has played these roles: Keitaro Urashima in Love Hina, Ken Ichijouji in Digimon, Shino Aburame in Naruto, Uryu Ishida in Bleach and Phantom in MÄR: Märchen Awakens Romance.)  Voiced 009 in a few of the first episodes of the modern C009 series. But was fired due to that Sony though that he made 009 sound too much like a wimp.

One day, Ritsu Kodo, a young gamer, is suddenly whisked away into the digital world of the game he plays! There he meets Pulsemon, the Digimon he's been training in the game!! While initially bewildered by this sudden turn of events, Ritsu learns that Pulsemon summoned him as a Tamer to help break a curse preventing Digivolution. And so, he promises to help Pulsemon Digivolve...!!

The group soon discovers that some of the giant Digimons they encounter are not evil Digimons but good Digimons gone bad. A dark power is corrupting even the most gentle of Digimons by embedding Black Gears into them, turning them into vicious monsters. Creating chaos and destruction wherever it goes, the evil power threatens all of DigiWorld.<br><br>
As they try to find their way back home, the seven kids are drawn further and further into the mystery. Through teamwork and trust, they help their newfound Digimon friends digivolve from 'monsters in training' to giant champions that must save the DigiWorld from the powerful evil intent on destroying it.<br><br>
