Kanata Konoe is one of thirteen members of the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. She was a member of the original group and is a member of QU4RTZ, a unit under Nijigaku. She is a third year student and her image color is violet. 

Kanata is always giving everything her all... even if it doesn't seem that way when she dozes off in the middle of conversations. She cares deeply for her little sister Haruka and will find a bottomless well of energy in matters relating to her. An ideal performance, for Kanata, is a stage in which she sleeps and her fans watch. She also has an aptitude for cooking and home economics. While she loves to be doted on and spoiled, she also looks after everyone in the club as a big sister figure.

Debut group single for the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club as part of the Love Live! PERFECT Dream Project. The music video for TOKIMEKI Runners, along with the opening movie for the Love Live! School idol festival ALL STARS, was released in the DVD/Blu-Ray release coinciding with the album.

Nijigasaki High School is known for their diverse subjects and the freedom they give to students. Second-year student Yuu Takasaki has been turned on to the charms of school idols, so she knocks on the door of the School Idol Club with her friend, Ayumu Uehara. An American actress and voice actress, mostly starring in independent film roles and anime voice over roles for Funimation.

In 2016, she won the Staff Choice Award for Voice Actress of the Year at the 4th Annual BTVA Anime Dub Awards. Then, in 2018, she won the Staff Choice Award for Best Female Lead Vocal Performance in an Anime Television Series/OVA for her role as Yuzu in "Konohana Kitan" at the 6th Annual BTVA Anime Dub Awards.
