Deku and All Might receive an invitation from a certain person to go overseas to a giant artificial moving city called I-Island. This island, a kind of “science Hollywood” that gathers the knowledge of scientists from around the world, is holding an exhibition called I-Expo showcasing the results of Quirk and hero item research. In the midst of all this, Deku meets a Quirkless girl named Melissa and remembers his own Quirkless past. Out of the blue, the impregnable security system the island boasts is hacked by villains, and all the people on the island are taken as hostages! Now, a plan that could shake hero society has been put into motion! The man who holds the key to it all is the number one hero and Symbol of Peace, All Might.

Chicago native Erica Mendez is a longtime anime and video game fan who put in the work and became a voice actress. She has been fortunate to play some fan-favorite characters, including: Retsuko from Aggretsuko, Ryuko from KILL la KILL, Raphtalia from The Rising of the Shield Hero, and Sailor Uranus from Sailor Moon. As for video games, her voice can be heard as Kamisato Ayaka in Genshin Impact, Bernadetta in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and additionally in Street Fighter V, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round, and Pokemon Masters to name a few. She’s also ventured into script adaptation and has done work on Little Witch Academia, Sailor Moon SuperS, and Dragon Pilot.

Following an all-out battle with the Paranormal Liberation Front, it is difficult for the people of Japan to continue placing faith in their heroes. To combat the combined power of Tomura Shigaraki and All For One, All Might calls for his ally from the West—the strongest woman on the planet, Star and Stripe. 
 
However, All For One decides to intercept Star and her fleet to get his hands on her overpowered quirk before she can enter Japanese airspace. Although Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist are headed to the rendezvous point, Star makes a gamble in the present to save her comrades.
