Kumagami is a mysterious student at Hoshinoumi Academy. His ability is being able to locate anyone who possesses an ability. He has to get soaking wet while fully clothed in order to use his ability. He helps the student council find ability users.

~!In episode 9, it is revealed that he was one of two people who were held captive in research lab. He is one of Yuu's friends who helped him prison break his brother Shunsuke.!~

~!In episode 11, he is kidnapped and tortured in a factory by mysterious people. After Yuu accidentally uses his collapse to bring the factory down, Pooh saves an unconscious Nao from the debris. He succumbs to death from his injuries while in Shunsuke's arms.!~

The story centers around the special abilities that occur among a small percentage of boys and girls in puberty. Yuu Otosaka uses his power without others knowing, and lives a fairly normal, average school life. Before him suddenly appears a girl, Nao Tomori. Due to his meeting with her, the fate of special power-users will be exposed.
