A fantasy war chronicle following a bloodstained girl as she races through the battlefields. 
 
The girl who was born in a poor village, Shera, saw a “tasty-looking​” Death God behind the Liberation Force soldier who was attacking her. Shera ate the Death God before it could bring down its scythe on her. 
 
She went on to become a soldier of her Kingdom’s Royal Army. With a giant scythe in her hands, she fought to destroy her enemy, the Imperial Army — And more importantly, to obtain delicious food.

A spin-off of Shinigami wo Tabeta Shoujo taking place around 10 years later on a different continent. 

How long I'd been here, I couldn't quite recall. From this sorry situation, I as always raised my eyes to the sky; a sky in which the great, massive sun was clad in levity. Sunlight poured gently upon all. What a blessing it would have been for the world if only the skies could remain clear. For tomorrow too, and for all days to come, I was to continue to pray for calm. To endure for those who cried, with desperation I remained in prayer. And then, one freezing, forlorn, soulless, stagnant, drizzly day we died. Or so I thought…

That girl was once called "Hero."
 
 She was seen as the savior of Humanity and as the ultimate obliterator of Demons plaguing the world. Her magic was rule-breaking, her healing powers almighty, her weapon mastery unparalleled, and her will is of steel. 
 
And then, she was called "monster," and her tremendous power and abnegation was feared. Betrayed by her own comrades, she continued alone in her mission. She will not stop until all Demons are eradicated. Killing, killing, killing them all. Because that's the Hero's duty. 
 
Losing her past, gaining new companions won't alter her path. There is only one reason guiding her actions. "Because I'm a Hero."
