Hello! This is Koiwai Yotsuba, Yotsuba Koiwai...um, YOTSUBA! Yotsuba moved with Daddy to a new house from our old house waaaaaaay over there! And moving's fun 'cos people wave! (Ohhhh!!) And Yotsuba met these nice people next door and made friends to play with (one of 'em acted like one of those bad strangers Daddy told Yotsuba not to go with, but it was okay in the end). I hope we get to play a lot. And eat ice cream! And-and-and...oh yeah! You should come play with Yotsuba too!

The two short Try! Try! Try! webcomics from the bonus CD that came with Azumanga Two. They were given silly episode numbers to represent the fact that they're just little bonus episodes. The first, Episode -1: Ena-chan's mishap, tells the story of an interesting discovery made by Ayase Ena. The second, Try! Try! Try! Fractional Episode, is a nice story about the different characters' reactions to Yotsuba's mischief.

Kiyohiko Azuma's Try! Try! Try! follows the adventures of a weird girl named Yotsuba whose bizarre antics baffle her friends and her father. The characters in this comic later went on to appear in the monthly Yotsubato! serial manga currently running in Dengeki Daioh magazine.


The "Nyanbo" are creatures with square bodies with ears and tails that came to Earth from outer space. There's Tora, who dreams of repairing their broken UFO and returning to space, as well as his sister Kotora, the precocious Shiro, the mischievous Mike, the mysterious Kuro, and many more. All of these Nyanbos are now happily living much like cats, free-spirited and sometimes getting into trouble, in places that humans don't know about.

A stop-motion animated short film featuring "Danboard" characters from Yotsubato!

It's not manga, it's Azumanga! &minus; smart, fun and totally addictive. Created by the iconoclastic Kiyohiko Azuma, Azumanga Daiou is strongly character driven, taking the reader through the daily tribulations of Miss Kurosawa, Miss Yukari, the wild Tomo, hair-triggered Yomi, ditzy Osaka, brash Kagura, cute Chiyo-chan and athletic (but girly) Sakaki.
