While filming a TV animal program about feral dogs tearing up an apartment complex’s trash area, the crew stumbles upon a mysterious man living among them…who just so happens to be the boss of a gang of loan sharks. With no one able to train the man-beast, he is brought to Lee Ji-Ryong: star dog trainer in a heap of debt. In exchange for bringing their boss back to form, the sharks promise to eliminate all of his debt.
