In 2025, Earth is under attack by mysterious mechanical weapons from space. While the damage remains undetected, the situation is becoming serious. Countries have joined together to establish an organization called "R.E.C.O.R.D" to deal with it. The only countermeasure against the mechanical weapons is the power of the "Magical Diva" girls who can transform the power of song into magic. These girls are also singers belonging to the music label "Cho Galaxy Records". 
 
Ginga Kamishiro, a middle school student with an extraordinary singing voice, gets caught up in an incident and meets the Magical Divas, beginning her journey as a singer and as a Magical Diva who fights to protect Earth.
