This work is a spin-off comic of the TV anime "Mobile Suit Gundam: Witch of Mercury" that began broadcasting in October 2022. 
It is a parallel work set in a near-future Japan, depicting the encounter between high school girls Suletta and Miorine.

Her name is Suletta Mercury. With a scarlet light burning in her pure heart, this girl walks step by step through a new world.
