In this spin-off of the anime, college first-year Lufta Hachitani and his friend Uwaharu Nezazono aren't inclined to do any sort of work. A deviation of the anime's setting, these two live a more relaxed, laid-back college life. They'll work someday, but for now, they'll just enjoy the college experience.
 
Note: The chapter count includes 4 extra stories.

The story centers around the cheerful calico Tapio Chatorazawa and the pessimistic Russian blue Kuehiko Roshihara. The two study in the same college, and also work together on various odd jobs.
