Dusty pink hair, red piercings, and a beauty mark at the corner of the mouth. Saneatsu is in love with a book character named Hotaru. One day after class, while he's sleeping in the library, Saneatsu wakes up to see a perfect copy of the character he's head over heels for in the form of Nao. The guy's just a little slutty, much like Hotaru. Saneatsu's putty in Nao's hands for his resemblance to Hotaru. But, he soon realizes he doesn't know anything about Nao himself...

This story is set 10 years after the events of "Hotaru Dies Tomorrow," where Nao Nimiya took the gamble of a lifetime to be with the bookworm Saneatsu Asada.
