Furthermore, during World War 3 (2045 to 2051), PMCs (private military companies) develop Tactical Dolls: Autonomous Dolls with the ability to fight. Acquiring great wealth from the war, these companies become the de facto police and military of many nations.<br>

During this era of waning government power, Tactical Dolls of Sangvis Ferri (the world's largest PMC) suddenly kill their human masters and attack nearby human settlements. In response, Grifon & Kryuger PMC and their Tactical Dolls are hired to stop and contain the Sangvis Ferri forces.
