Udono is Gennosuke's portly and jovial best friend. Altough he is very friendly, he faces massive rejection from the ladies. Often coming across as abrasive, he speaks his mind, and is unabashedly honest.  Udono's redeeming quality is his ability to expand and contract like a balloon. Because of his rubbery nature, weapons bounce right off of him. But unfortunately for Udono his trusting nature opens him to sneakier, underhanded attacks, which could ultimately lead to his doom.

Woodney is a character with a few extra pounds who attempts to imitate Train by dressing in black, referring to himself as the "Black Cat" and having a "thirteen" tattoo (albeit in Arabic numerals, drawn and erased everyday though not always on the same arm) He meets with moderate success as a sweeper by using the Black Cat's reputation to intimidate his enemies, but this tactic can backfire when he is faced with powerful criminals. After an encounter with the real Train, he gives up imitating him and attempts to become his disciple, but Train convinces him he would help more by being an informer to them. In the Anime, the only main difference in Woodney is that he keeps on following the group, instead of turning into an information broker, and is the cause of some humorous moments. Unlike in the manga, Woodney caught on faster to realize that Train is Black Cat. He appears to have a crush on Silphy in their first meeting.

Heymans Breda is one of Roy Mustang's most trusted subordinates. He was recruited by Mustang for his high level of intelligence, indicated by his talent with chess and other strategy games. Despite his intelligence, he still has an irrational fear of dogs. Breda is usually tasked by Mustang with jobs that require he travel abroad. In the course of doing so he uses up all of his days off, showing his dedication to Mustang. He is transferred to Western Headquarters when Mustang's group is broken up by the homunculi. Ernest Cirrus Lindemann, styled Lord Cirrus, is an Ades Federation naval officer whose flagship is the  _Prince of Victorius_. He holds great respect for his mother and follors her requests accordingly. While he is a high-ranking Federation commander and governs a portion of its territory, he is also a gullible individual and is prone to making blunders, leading to the loss of two of his ships, including the  _Prince of Victorius_, to Sky Pirates tricks.

He is captain of the Barbar Pirates, who are sand pirates traveling the deserts of Alabasta on a pirate ship that can run on sand.

Decarabia is a long, fish-like powerful Lord who serves as Supreme Commander for the various armies engaged in the war of the Snake of Festival. He has a useful Method of Unrestraint, Providence, which allow him to detach his scales to be given to the Denizen Armies. These scales act as a medium for him to perform Powers of Unrestraint, and also as a form of communication. He can also use these scales as a medium of access for other Crimson Denizens to cast their spells. Alcapone (アルカポネ, Arukapone) was a Mafia leader who eats souls. He was to be killed by Black Star and Tsubaki, but he and all his family were killed by Mifune for trying to get his hands on the witch Angela&#039;s power.     Wikia

Fuuyo is the biggest and oldest of the Machine Brothers, and is seen giving orders occasionally. He, along with brothers Akio and Haruo, make up the Machine Gun Brothers, and all are very protective of their sister Natsuko. Fuyuo&#039;s weapon of choice is a Browning M2 .50 caliber machine gun with rifle stock and forward grip.

Gouki is a member of Hiei's underworld gang who is a soul-eating ogre. Yusuke defeats him with a powered-up Reigun blast to the mouth. His humanoid form is a tall, intimidating man, but he still has horns along his forehead. His true form is more demon like, his horns are larger and his fangs and eyes become larger. After his fight with Yusuke he is arrested. He is a Upper E Class demon.

Suzuki, Suzuka in the English version, is a member of the Fractured Fairy Tales. In the past he was known as Tanaka the Powerful Warrior, and one day lost miserably against Younger Toguro. Suzuki is, at first, very selfish and seems to care only about himself, as shown by how he thought he was extremely beautiful and everyone else was ugly. He even went so far as to kill several people in the audience at the Dark Tournament for refusing to worship him. It is later found out that he does care for others, and he was kind enough to help Kazuma Kuwabara and Kurama during the Finals Rounds of the Dark Tournament. He is also extremely intelligent, having knowledge of many moves and abilities. Suzuki is also regularly seen dressed up as a clown. In the anime, as a clown his hair is blond, but when not dressed up as a clown it is more along the lines of brown with some minor green shading in it. Suzuki is a master of disguise, and is also extremely skilled at creating weapons for the advantage of others. Suzuki&#039;s main abilities are based around manipulating his spirit energy into powerful blasts.

Gokumonki is the third and final member of the Triad working for Tarukane. In the manga he is defeated by Kuwabara and Yusuke so quickly that he&#039;s never even given a chance to introduce himself. However, in the anime he was able to fight them by taking Botan hostage and using her as a shield to keep them from attacking. He was struck by both Yusuke and Kuwabara at the same time when she managed to slip out of his clutches though

Kokonotsu's father as well as the current owner of Shikada store. He is desperate to make his son 9th head of the shop so that his legacy will continue. He agrees to Hotaru's bargain that if she can convince his son to be the next head of his shop, he would become part of Hotaru's company.

The popular and charismatic leader of the newly established Company 8. His goal is to investigate the other companies and uncover the truth about spontaneous human combustion. He has no powers, but uses his finely-honed muscles as a weapon in a battle style that's on even par with Benimaru's. Loves bodybuilding to an almost creepy extent.

Despite not being a Pyrokinetic like most other known Battalion Commanders, Akitaru has a very fit physique, which allows him to face Infernals. In battle, he is seen using different weapons, suitable for the situation, like the Core Annihilating Pile Bunker or a fire fighting axe, which he can veil in white steam and thrust at the opponent. His weapons appear to be designed in order to impale an Infernal's core with low difficulty. He is able to carry up to 30kg of equipment each time he is on a mission to fight an Infernal. As a fire fighter, Akitaru was recognized enough to be decorated twice, though both were revoked due to actions prioritising saving citizens lives at the expense of defying orders.

Jean-Jacques is a 19-year-old Canadian figure skater. He is commonly referred to by most people as JJ, his initials.

He tends to run his mouth quite often, but is otherwise a very trustworthy person who consistently carries out any promises he makes. He is also very confident, almost to the point of arrogance. During his short program, he thinks about how he is the only person who can pull off a collaboration with a world-famous band, and how he is the king.
