Sei is the busty leader of the group and was the one who hired Jo and Meg to become members of it alongside Kyohei. She wears a long blue jacket, and has her black hair in a bun, but appears older than her stated age. Her grandfather runs Bai Lan and comes from a very powerful Chinese family. Born and raised as a traditional Chinese girl and trained in various ways of her clan/syndicate. After her grandfather stepped down as leader of the clan, their current clan members made a partnership with RAPT to preserve their clan. However such actions not only disgusted Sei, but she was forced to do many things for RAPT in Bai-Lan's name. She eventually rebelled against her own organization under the advice of her own grandfather. She was advised to walk her own path and so she chose to oppose RAPT and towards the end she was shot multiple times by a cyberoid. It is unknown if Sei survived the explosion or not. She was recently recruited by Sharnid to join the 17th Platoon after Layfon is injured and unable to participate in the interplatoon against the 1st Platoon. She is apparently a full time member of the 17th platoon as she is seen practicing with the rest of the platoon despite Layfon's return to active duty. Dalshena is very prideful, shamed by losing so easily to the 1st Platoon. She also has a fanclub in Zuellni. Her DITE is a jousting lance and if necessary can transform into a white broadsword.

As the oldest country in the series, China has seen a lot over the years. He’s known for having a long history, the roots of Asian culture, and the largest population on earth. His hair is dark brown, but was colored as black in earlier artwork. Also in earlier artwork, his hair was short and he sported glasses.  China raised Japan and treated him affectionately in the past. Japan eventually turned against him, and attacked him with a katana in the dead of night (which then started a war), leaving a large scar on his back.  Hong Kong was also raised by China, but was later taken away from him by England. The two were reunited eventually, and in Hetalia Fantasia, Hong Kong was China’s assistant and referred to him as “sensei.”  Korea refers to China as “Aniki” (Big Brother), and is somewhat obsessed with him. China is easily annoyed by his antics, and is prone to snapping when around him. China once mentioned to Japan that he has no “villas” (Chinatowns) in Korea because “building villas in Korea are simply impossible.”  A fan of Hello Kitty, pandas, and other cute things, China has a “friend” named “Shinatty-chan,” who is an old man dressed in a knockoff Hello Kitty costume. In Shinatty-chan’s first appearace, he was robbing China’s house.   He has a rather serious personality and is very superstitious, but can be immature at times. Food is known as being his first priority in life, and he even complains if food has a certain pattern of tastes and flavors. China is very artistic and can even paint a picture on a strand of hair, but is absolutely terrible at drawing anime and manga. Although he tries acting like a big brother to the other Asian nations, they never treat him as such. He ends almost every sentence with  _“aru,”_ which is a Japanese stereotype for a Chinese accent. When around England, he is noted to end his sentences in  _“ahen,”_ meaning “opium” (in reference to the Opium Wars).  According to Hidekaz Himaruya, his first name can be rendered as either Yao or Yue in both English and Japanese (Yao is the more common moniker of the two in fandom). “Yao” in Chinese means “brightly shining.” His last name, “Wang,” means “king” in Chinese.

She often scolds her brother for calling her &quot;sister&quot; while on duty. Tweedledee also has a strong sense of pride. While she doesn&#039;t agree with Eclipse&#039;s secretive nature towards the ES Members, she still trusts her. She also seems to have a deep bond with Lumiere, probably because of their similar abilities.    Tweedledee&#039;s name comes from the character in Lewis Carroll&#039;s Alice in Wonderland.

Tatiana Wisla is the only child of "the proud and noble" Wisla house of Anatoray. At the age of seventeen, Tatiana left home to become a member of the newly-formed Anatoray Military Vanship Corps, a new military division dedicated to using vanships as weapons as opposed to just couriers and transports. She excelled in both piloting and dogfighting, quickly becoming one of the best vanship pilots in the sky, possibly second only to Alex Row. She sent all the extra money she made as an ace pilot back to her family so that her mother could care for her ailing father. Before too long, she found herself on the Silvana as Row's handpicked wing commander for his small vanship fighter fleet. She pilots a twin-engine vanship fighter which she painted red to distinguish herself from the other pilots as well as all other vanships in the sky.  Tatiana is second best to no one in her own mind, but her overconfident self-view is challenged when she meets Claus, whose piloting skills rival her own. From then on, her feelings toward Claus go on a roller coaster, making her feel anger, disgust, awe, respect, fear, and even attraction to the young vanship pilot. Her frosty aloofness is clearly a self-defensive façade; she suffers a mental breakdown of sorts after getting shot down over the desert, but recovers, and from that time she begins to show a greater depth of feeling, especially towards Claus, whom she develops a crush on.  In "Last Exile: Ginyoku no Fam" she is the commander of the Reaper Ship Sylvius and assigns Fam and Giselle, after they have failed to hijack the Sylvius, to capture fifteen ships of the Ades Federation, to buy back their freedom.

She is also the blue Baka Ranger, which in the anime is made up of 5 girls with the lowest grade averages in the class.

Miss Monday is the assigned female partner to Igaram (AKA Mr. 8) at the time during his infiltration within the Baroque Works. Not much is known about her other than that she is inhumanly strong as indicated by her mass muscles and huge size. Miss Monday, along with Mr. 8, Mr. 9, Miss Wednesday (AKA Princess Vivi) and every resident on Whiskey Peak fight against Zoro. After Vivi is exposed by Mr. 5 and Miss Valentines Day, Miss Monday attempts to hold them off, claiming that Vivi is her friend. She is defeated by Mr. 5.

Banchina was Usopp's mother and Yasopp's wife. She pushed her husband to follow his dreams and go to sea with the Red-Haired Pirates. However Usopp grows up with a sick mother who became bed-ridden due to her illness.    Every day he would tell the same lie, that his father had returned to take them away, hoping it would keep her hopes high and help her to recover. However, she knew he would never return and before her death told Usopp that she was glad he had gone to sea. Even after she passed away, Usopp continued to tell the same lie, even though he no longer had any reason to do so.    In the Loguetown filler Arcs, Yasopp admitted that he was useless and could do nothing for his wife and child. After one of Shanks' men asks &quot;Wasn't it for the better, Yasopp?&quot; Shanks' men hoot and cheer like it was a good thing he left his wife and child. Banchina is Italian for &quot;Dock&quot;.

Haihane is a member of the Disciplinary Squad. She wears a tattered kimono over her bandaged body, has dishevelled grey hair and narrow eyes giving her a slightly Grim Reaper-like appearance.Even though she has dark or gothic appearance, it does not reflect her personality. She is more cheerful and calmer than Benitsubasa, who is a target of her teasing.    Her power is her gauntlets, that have scythe-like claws for the fingers.    Her Ashikabi is Natsuo Ichinomi.

The female Crimson Lord to whom Wilhelmina is bound. She is described by her own Flame Haze as a most unsociable entity; she is taciturn and to the point, saying nothing more than what is necessary, usually in a monotone, portraying no emotion regardless of the situation. 

Hibari Ginza is a police woman who has a strange and intimate relationship with Saiga. She is an expert shot and loves guns. She usually carries two. Her favourite phrase is, 'This is self-defense' as she attacks people without any warning then implies she was attacked first.

A voice actress and producer specializing in televised anime. Harp was hired by FUNimation Entertainment in 2003 to voice the character of Tweedledee in Kiddy Grade. Since then, her work has included Sei in Burst Angel, Sanae in Akira Kurosawa's Samurai 7, Hibari Ginza in Speed Grapher and additional roles in Yu Yu Hakusho, Spiral, Fullmetal Alchemist, Case Closed, Desert Punk, Baki the Grappler, The Galaxy Railways, Negima, and BECK.    Her portrayal as Hibari Ginza in the 2006-2007 release of Speed Grapher won her an award in the ADR Awards as voted by members of the websites Dub Review and Anime on DVD.    Harp is also the inspiration for Aubrey Chorde, one of the main characters in the webcomic Something Positive by her friend R.K. Milholland.
