Zipp (Japanese: ジップ Zip) is a recurring character who appeared in the Pokémon anime. He is a member of Team Skull, who often appears alongside Tupp and Rapp.

He is the leader of The Saint Shields, a very mysterious beyblading team. He first appears wearing a black cloak, while he enters in a local competition in beycity. He takes on Takao in order to achieve his goal, as his teammates take on the rest of the bladebreakers respectively. He comes from a small and isolated village, and his mysterious and a little arrogant  personality reflects in the team's attitude. 

He is the ace striker and voice of the reason of the team. His sister, Yuka is in a coma because of Kageyama's interference to stop him from play against Teikoku Academy. He keeps an amulet made by his sister, and makes a promise to her to stop playing soccer, but when he realizes his passion for the game, he changes that promise to become the champion of the Football Frontier.

As a child, Seimei already had the ability of seeing spirits. Because of that, people were afraid of him and said he was born from a fox.  He learned from his master Tadayuki and became a very gifted onmyouji, feared by demons. He lives alone with spirits and fairy objects that serves him.    Seimei is a very cultivated man who also likes jokes, especially to the detriment of Hiromasa.

Self-proclaimed ace striker of the team, he had troubles with Goenji and later on with Fubuki, for that position.
