Mei is a smart, off-setting, and assertive girl, often making those around her uncomfortable. She loves creating gadgets, which she refers to as her "super cute babies". Mei has a habit of "going straight to the point" and is very shameless and opportunistic when it comes to advertising her inventions. While talking to people, she has a habit of getting awkwardly close to them, which usually causes them to back away from her but she still moves up to them.

Tooru is a bubbly, cheery, and easygoing girl who does most things with an upbeat attitude. She is very socially eager and likes shopping, and her room suggests that she likes plushies and other cute things.

Tooru's Quirk is that her body is completely invisible. In addition to the stealth capabilities granted to her by her invisible body, Tooru can refract light that passes through her, allowing her to intensify the light into a blinding flash. She has further refined this application of her Quirk, achieving the ability to manipulate and redirect light-based attacks, such as Yuuga Aoyama''s Navel Laser.

Professor Croix is an introduced teacher that teaches modern magic at Luna Nova. She used to be a student at Luna Nova, along with Chariot. Croix and Chariot used to be friends while they studied at Luna Nova. 

Su Mucheng is an eSports player of Glory. She plays the launcher class under the users "Dancing Rain" and "Cleansing Mist".

Mitsuki Bakugou is Katsuki Bakugou's mother and the wife of Masaru Bakugou.

Setsuna Tokage is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, and is one of four students admitted through recommendations; one being her fellow 1-B classmate Juzo Honenuki, as well as rival Class 1-A students Shoto Todoroki and Momo Yaoyorozu.

Pony is a timid girl. As a foreigner, she does not have much knowledge of the language in Japan. She is shown to be rather naive and innocent in personality, learning nasty phrases from Neito Monoma without realizing what those words mean, as shown when Neito tells Pony unkind phrases to tell Class 1-A.
Pony is a thoughtful and diligent person. She is the one who made her team not lose against Class 1-A because of her strategy and perseverance. She is highly observant and seems to be a careful person. Despite this, she made some unkind comments towards Mezo Shoji in their battle, calling him an "octopus" and saying she doesn't like looking at him.

Pony's Quirk allows her to send her horns flying and remotely control them at will. She is able to control up to four horns that are sent flying. She has also been shown to be able to balance on them as they carry her around, much like Hawks' wings.
When Pony gets angry, she starts speaking in her native language: English.

Shion is Mion's identical twin sister, who currently resides in Okinomiya. In spite of their different personalities, she and Mion often switch places, and it can be difficult to distinguish between them. 

~!Their first switch took place when they were little. Right before tattooing the symbol of an oni, which is reserved for the older sister, she was mistakenly identified as Shion, the younger sister, which means that she was actually born as Mion Sonozaki, the older sister. Since then, she switched her identity of Mion with Shion, the younger sister. !~  

She was sent by the Sonozaki family to a private boarding school, but escaped and returned to live near her hometown, where she lives with Kasai. In spite of all this, she and Mion maintain a close relationship. In most of the arcs, she is at a different school from the other main characters, and therefore appears less frequently.  She works as a waitress at the Angel-Mort restaurant and is the manager's assistant for the Hinamizawa Fighters little league team. She is often seen carrying a taser, and also wears yellow ribbon in her hair. She is also shown to be good with guns, along with Kasai, in Matsuribayashi-hen.

She was in love with Satoshi, and blames the Three Families of Hinamizawa for his disappearance in Watanagashi-hen and Meakashi-hen (the latter told from her point of view); this, along with a different demonic sadistic personality she manifested in her grief, drove her to mass murder, which led to psychosis. One of the last words that Satoshi and her exchanged before he disappeared was a promise to take care of Satoko. In Watanagashi-hen and, more explicitly, Meakashi-hen, her resentment toward Satoko for her role in his disappearance causes her to forget this promise and murder her, only to remember too late; however, in subsequent arcs, she has taken the promise to heart to the point were she is willing to give up her life for Satoko.!~

Mion is the oldest kid in Keiichi's class. As the elder, she is the class president and everyone looks up to her as the leader. She acts like a perverted tomboy and calls herself old man, but has a hidden girlish side. Mion is next in line to be the head of the Sonozaki household, one of the Three Families which holds tremendous influence in Hinamizawa. Often when playing games with her fellow club members she is known for her ruthlessness, often coming up with the most embarrassing penalties for the losers.  Mion also serves as the leader of the main characters' gaming club. 

~!Mion is more stable than the other club members, and as such has never herself succumbed to Hinamizawa Syndrome!~  

A young woman in the Kansai Police Execution Division. She is burning to eliminate Akudama, but there are times when her ambition exceeds her abilities. She greatly looks up to and admires the [Execution Division Master](https://anilist.co/character/188623/Shokeika-Shishou) in charge of her.

Katsuki is a crude, arrogant, short-tempered, and aggressive person, especially at the beginning of the series. Due to the constant praise of his abilities and powerful Quirk, Katsuki has developed a superiority complex, and because of that, he desires to be the first and best at everything. He loves to win above all else and cannot stand it when he doesn't, leading him to lose his already short temper if he achieves anything but a complete victory.

Katsuki is not only very athletic and talented at fighting, but also very intelligent and extremely perceptive, capable of strategic planning and improvisation. Additionally, his grades are among the highest of his class. Katsuki also possesses surprising talent in other areas, such as cooking and music, even though he doesn't show a particular interest in them. Overall, Katsuki is considered a natural-born genius with the potential to be one of the best Pro Heroes.

Katsuki's Quirk "Explosion" allows him to secrete nitroglycerin-like sweat from the palms of his hands and ignite it on command, allowing him to create strong explosions. The more Katsuki sweats, the stronger his explosions become. Not only can Katsuki use the explosions for attacking, he can also use them to propel himself and navigate through the air at high speeds, allowing him to fly at his opponents without giving them time to react, as well as evade incoming attacks, even while in the air. The shockwave from an explosion can even be used as a shield.

A Venezuelan voice actress. She is known for being the Latin American Spanish voice of Elektra in _Daredevil_ and Ruby in _Steven Universe_.
