Cassios is the apprentice and saint in training under Ophiuchus Shaina. He's the younger brother of Docrates.  During the fight for the Pegasus cloth, Seiya cut off one of his ears and he hated Seiya ever since.  ~!Casios has great respect and affection toward Shaina, however he realize that Shaina has affection toward Seiya. Motivated by this fact, he takes Seiya's place and dies during the fight with Leo Aiolia, in order to wake Aiolia from the control of Saga's Genrō Maō Ken.!~

He first appeared as a boss character in Street Fighter II.

Balrog is self-centered, hot-tempered, arrogant, flippant and sadistic. He is a belligerent pugilist who possesses an insatiable urge for money, and a vicious, bullying mean streak, often refusing to take responsibility for his actions towards other fighters. His main reasons and motivation for joining Shadaloo and M. Bison throughout the Street Fighter series have always been to attain massive wealth, fame and glory so he can be on easy street for life. For that motivation alone, Balrog would cheat, steal, and even murder to accomplish this goal.

Dohko is one of the two survivors of the last generation of Athena Saints along with Aries Shion who is a close friend of him. After the war, Dohko received the order to watch the tower where Hades' Specters were sealed until the next Holy War. Dohko lives at the Five Peaks in China alone with Shun-Rei, an orphan girl he took on his care. Dohko is also the master of Dragon Shiryu and Ohko, who is an anime-only character. Dohko represents a father figure to Shiryu as well, and Shiryu often recalls on his wise teachings whenever facing difficulty in battle. He is often seen as an adviser of the main characters and a good friend of Aries Mu, Shion's disciple. When Dohko was young, he was much more vivid and rather impulsive. After regaining his young form during the Hades arc, he retains the behavior of his youth, albeit much more circumspect and mindful, result of his almost three centuries of experience as a Saint.

The puppet leader of earth under the Illumidas Occupation Force, Triter wields no real power; he merely takes his orders from Supreme Commander Zeda, even if it means opposing his own people. He fears Harlock, and unsuccessfully seeks to coerce the former Federation captain into serving the new regime. In an utterly failed attempt to quell potential uprisings, he sentences Maya and Emeraldas  to be executed by firing squad. When Zoll mounts a rescue attempt, the cowardly Triter shoots the Tokargan soldier in the back. He subsequently orders that Harlock be forever barred from returning to his homeland.
