As an ESWAT member, Deunan is a specialist in weapons handling, explosive devices manipulations, hand-to-hand combat, and an excellent Landmate pilot. According the Appleseed Databook, she is trained to be ambidextrous. In the original manga, Briareos was a cyborg before Deunan arrived at Olympus, and she managed to lose an eye in Volume 4, due to a training accident.  The following data is from the 2004 Movie adaptation.  The daughter of Carl and Dr. Gilliam Knute, Deunan, who is considered as a highly skilled warrior, has spent almost her entire life fighting in a war that was, for the most part, over. It wasn't until she was captured by an ES.W.A.T. (Especial Weapons And Tactics) team in the middle of a ruined city, led by Hitomi and her former lover Briareos, that she was finally evacuated from the Badlands. When she arrived in Olympus, the change of environment was severe, but it was a greater shock to her when she found that Briareos had lost over 75% of his original body during the last Global War and was now a cyborg.  The day after she was brought to the city of Olympus, Deunan learned that over half of the population of the city was composed of artificial humans called Bioroids. She also found out that her new friend, Hitomi, was one herself. Deunan also discovers that other people are looking for her, mostly because she possesses, without knowing it, the secret of "Appleseed". That interest will become important when Hitomi's life will be at risk and that the "Appleseed Data" will be needed to save her. But that would mean defying the powerful Olympus Regular Army (ORA), composed at 100% of humans and under the command of General Uranus and Colonel Hades.

Sailor Pluto is the soldier who guards the gates of time and acts as [Chibiusa's](https://anilist.co/character/2827/Chibiusa) guardian. 

After the events of the second story arc, she leaves the gates of time to temporarily live as a human being, joins the rest of the Outer Senshi, and becomes a university student studying physics. Even in her civilian form, Setsuna is the oldest of the Sailor Team, around her late teens or older. Her personality has been described as distant and somewhat lonely, however, she does consistently display warmth and affection toward Chibiusa. When she reincarnates, she becomes more friendly, but is still not very emotional, although there are moments in the manga where she expresses much more emotion than the anime.

Sailor Pluto is much darker in her initial form in the manga, identified as the "Guardian of the Underworld" with very dark skin and a black sailor uniform. She is also stated to be the daughter of Chronos, the god of time. She is a ruthless soldier who follows rather exacting laws, executing any intruders who dare violate the underworld in search of the Gates of Time

Owned by Hillary. A sporty young girl Ham who carries a ribbon. Her interest in gymnastics have been influenced by Hillary, who is a gold medal gymnast. She has a crush on Maxwell. While in the English version it might seem that the two have confessed their affections, a Japanese episode confirms that they are not romantically involved yet. Monami is Capeta's classmate. Her support for him comes largely in part because of the crush she has on his father Shigeo. She has a one-sided rivalry with Nanako.

Baby sister of the trio, Ai has a spunky, tomboyish personality and demeanor, and has a genius-level I.Q. and is particularly adept in mechanics, computer programming and engineering. She has built a wide array of gadgets to help her sisters in their heists. A typical teenager, she seems to be preoccupied a lot and dreams of falling in love. Being a high school girl, she also has a pet tabby kitten called "Tiger."

While not as skilled as her sisters, Ai has none-the-less mastered a number of skills and is regularly the one who operates the get-away vehicles for the heists, including helicopters, gyrocopters, trucks, motorcycles, cars and mini-planes. Her greatest weakness lies in the fact she is physically the weakest of the three siblings (evident in the anime when she tried to suplex a wrestler, only to have the maneuver backfire on her), but in exchange, she is also the most agile.

Katri is a girl who lives in rural Finland with her grandparents, whose mother works for a lord in Germany. One night the only cow in the farm is killed by a bear, complicating the family's economy, making Katri decide to look for a job to help her grandparents despite her young age.

Remy is a cheerful and energetic young girl. She had a happy childhood with her mother and younger sister in a small French village until she was ten years old, when her father returned and revealed she was a foundling and tried to sell her. She was saved by the traveller Vitarisu and has been travelling with him ever since. She is brave and adventurous and a talented singer.

CereCere (called Cele Cele in the dub) is the pink haired, and most mature acting member of the Quartet. She is a trapeze artist for the Circus and can manipulate flowers; she is known as the Flower Magician and is the leader of the Quartet. She is very feminine and tries to be mature compared to the others in the Quartet. Her Senshi counterpart is Sailor Venus, and her colors are pink and yellow.    Naoko Takeuchi has stated that CereCere is sexy and talks in a very aristocratic tone. She is also stated as being the eldest of the four sisters which corresponds to the size of the dwarf planet she is named after, Ceres and the Roman goddess Ceres. Later in the manga it is revealed that she is actually Sailor Ceres, one of the four protectors of Chibiusa.    In the anime, she tends to be arrogant and haughty, and chases after people that will highlight her perceived beauty for her, such as when she chased after an artist and asked him to repaint her. She also appears extravagant and outrageous while disguised and not in her circus uniform. However, there are moments when she breaks the mature mask and plays for fun. The other Amazonesses see her as lazy, and take every opportunity to call her such. She stated that she hates dried squid. She summons only plant-based lemures, a possible nod to her Roman namesake, Ceres, a goddess of vegetation and plants.

Captain Hina is an officer in the Marines, and the object of both [Jango](https://anilist.co/character/4886)'s and [Fullbody](https://anilist.co/character/23367/Fullbody)'s affections. She has received the nickname "Hina the Black Cage" because of her Ori Ori no Mi ability, which allows her to form restraints on people by swiping her limbs through them. Hina has a tendency to speak in the third person, though this only seems to add to her attractiveness for her subordinates. She is a long-time friend of [Commodore Smoker](https://anilist.co/character/2753/Smoker), joining the Marines at the same time as him, and helping him get out of situations where Smoker could have been fired.


Marron is the daughter of Kuririn and #18. She was born before the Majin Buu Saga in Dragon Ball Z. As a little girl, she resembles her father. She has his eyes and nose, or lack there of. However, she does indeed have a nose, though small, and as she grows older, Marron begins to look more like her mother. Unlike the rest of the other Z Fighters&#039; children, Marron is the only one who was never trained by her mother or father which means that she either has never shown any special abilities or martial arts skills of her own, or simply doesn&#039;t have any wish to give up on her normal life.

Onpu's mother and also her manager. She was once a child idol herself and wished Onpu to become one as well. At first, Onpu only became an idol to please her mother, but later began to genuinely enjoy her work. The song, "Lupinus no Komoriuta", prominent in the Sharp season, was sung by her when she was a child idol. 

Black Bunny but is drawn as brown, Kurousa is Shirousa&#039;s twin brother and, along with Shirousa, specializes in making Pastries, (Cakes, Cookies, etc.). He and Shirousa befriended Sophia when he and his friends are transported to the human world. They assist her in helping her to bake because she doesn&#039;t know how.

She is Ash&#039;s mother. Delia is very caring of her son, always reminding him to do his best. She is very talented, having won a beauty pageant and cooked a dish so popular that elite chefs at the Indigo Plateau have asked for its recipe. It is not known who is the father of Ash, but it isn&#039;t clear that Ash&#039;s parents have separated, although she has contacted him at least once since Ash left. She has a Mr. Mime housekeeper who helps her with chores and is also rather adept in battle. In the Japanese version, the name of Satoshi&#039;s mother was, for a long time, unrevealed (with her referring to herself as Satoshi no haha or referred as Mama-san, although the role was credited as Hanako). Makino is the Bartender from the hometown of Monkey D. Luffy, Foosha Village. Makino is a very kind woman and she was a close friend of Shanks, his crew, and Luffy. Makino appears to be a very prominent figure in Foosha Village. Her fondness for Luffy makes her appear as an adoptive mother or adoptive sister, showing interest in and supporting whatever Luffy's dream is. She seems content with whatever lifestyle Luffy chooses so long as he is happy and amongst friends. 

During Ace and Luffy's childhood under Curly Dadan's care, she appeared to have brought some new clothes for them and Sabo.

~!During the Straw Hats' absence, Makino had a child. She was seen in Foosha Village holding her baby while the citizens rejoiced about Luffy's return.!~

A female droid who was summoned by Berthier in episode 62. She was assigned with the task of corrupting the Soft Ice Cream Shop Bob Floy, an ice cream shop located on one of the Crystal Points of the future city of Crystal Tokyo, with Dark Power. She assumed human form, took over the establishment, and posed as a saleswoman there. However, the ice cream that Nipasu sold was designed to induce negative emotions and feelings of thermophobia in those who ate it, driving them to purchase and consume more of it. Eventually, the consumers would end up being frozen within solid blocks of ice and stored in the large cold room at the back of the ice cream store, thereby contributing to the corruption of the Crystal Point with Dark Power. After failing to dispose of the victims in the storeroom, Berthier and threatened the droid with destruction if she did not do so quickly. Nipasu set out to destroy the victims, but before she could do so, she was confronted by Minako Aino and Luna. The two had come in search of Artemis, who had earlier been discovered and frozen during a reconnasissance mission to the ice cream shoppe. After revealing her true form, the Droid quickly incapacitated Luna, but was soon confronted by Minako, who had transformed into Sailor Venus, as well as by Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars and Sailor Jupiter. Even though she was outnumbered, the powerful villain may have ended up destroying the senshi, but was distracted by Sailor Mercury&#039;s Shine Aqua Illusion long enough for Sailor Moon to destroy her with Moon Princess Halation. To attack, Nipasu emitted a blizzard of snow and ice from her mouth that was cold enough to freeze individuals in solid ice. Nipasu had dark green eyes and light blue-green hair. Reika is Motoki's girlfriend. She appears only twice in the anime series, and is the reincarnation of the Great Youma Rikokeidā. In the anime, she leaves Japan twice in order to study abroad, resulting in a long distance relationship between herself and Motoki. The second time, she leaves the country for ten years, but Motoki is still willing to wait for her. In the manga, Reika does not leave the country and simply attends KO university with Motoki. She also meets Setsuna Meioh there and becomes friends with her. 

Princess Rubina was an anime only character. She was the princess of and ambassador for the Amethyst Kingdom, and appeared only once, in the episode &quot;Holiday in Juuban! A Carefree Princess.&quot;    Princess Rubina was first mentioned at the beginning of the episode when she was reported missing from her hotel before an international conference which was taking place in Tokyo. She first appeared before Usagi and Chibiusa as they were arguing over carrying packages, and inadvertently scared them away by performing a custom of her country in order to help them. However, she followed them to their house, and later accompanied them to a festival the two had planned to attend.    Though Rubina enjoyed the festival, she got into trouble when she gave balloons away without paying for them. After this debacle, she expressed her wish to be normal and free from being a princess, and then ran away. She eventually bumped into Mamoru, who reminded her that her people were worried about her, and also convinced her to stay with Usagi and Chibiusa for a little while longer in order to think about her decision.    Rubina attracted the attention of the Amazon Trio. Tiger&#039;s Eye called her &quot;old&quot; and refused to go after her mirror, so she ended up being attacked by Hawk&#039;s Eye. She was saved from him and the Lemures Elephanko by Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask, who then returned her to her embassy after the festival ended.     Princess Rubina longed to be free of her royal duties. She was shown to be slightly whimsical, and a little strange to most standards, but kind. As suggested by her actions in the episode, Princess Rubina was willing to help people out if she saw a problem.    Her kindness was unfortunately hindered by her country&#039;s customs (such as covering a man&#039;s mouth when she asks for help), which scared some people away from her.
