Of all of Muscle Tower, Goku&#039;s second challenge - to get past Sergeant Metallic (a.k.a. Full Metal Jacket) - was by far the most difficult task. Since Metallic was a robot, he was very hard, and in all truth the only reason Goku won was because the major&#039;s batteries ran out of power. At one point in the anime, Goku accidentally blows off his head using a Kamehameha, but even that doesn&#039;t stop Metallic from continuing its&#039; rampage. Even without a head and eventually losing both wrists, he tried to repeatedly stomp Goku flat. It was the first time in the series someone was actually able to take a couple hits from the Saiyan warrior and survive. Metallic appeared for a couple seconds in Dragonball GT, firing his fist off and causing major damage to a building. Stylistically, he is an obvious tribute/parody of The Terminator played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

King of Deviluke, emperor of the galaxy, and father of Lala, Nana and Momo. Despite his immense power, he has the physical appearance of a child and is a huge pervert. Lala claims the only reason he wants her to get married is so he can hand over his throne and be free to pursue his perverted hobbies.  He once shared the same appearance as Yuuki Rito before using to much of his power in the unification of the galaxy.

Yamu is paired up with Spopovich and sent to the World Tournament to gather energy for Babidi, the evil wizard. The energy they are sent to gather is needed to awaken Majin Buu. When Yamu and Spopovich complete their task, Babidi kills Spopovich and when Yamu sees this he tries to escape but is killed by Pui Pui, one of Babidi&#039;s head cronies.

Jean Henri Fabre first appears in the beginning of the first episode, when he attempts to steal the &quot;Immortal Beloved.&quot; He rides a giant mechanical grasshopper and can control bees and other insects to use as weapons. Like the insects he studied, juvenile Fabres are shown moulting from one form to another, growing from child to adult in a few days. Two Fabres are shown in the series; the first Fabre apparently dies by crashing into a Tokyo office building, but actually moulted and escaped, taking the form of a child until he fights and is killed by Drake Anderson within the I-Jin base.

Garcia is the commandant of the asteroid fortress Artemis, which is controlled by the Eurasian Federation. Although Eurasia is a member of the Earth Alliance, it&#039;s also a rival of the Atlantic Federation which created the Archangel and the Gundams, and Garcia has his own plans for these new weapons.

Hablog (called Habo-san by Riko and the other children) is a well-known Black Whistle Delver and was the person who delivered Lyza's White Whistle and final notes to the surface.

King Vegeta was the king of the Saiyans, and is mentioned several times in the manga, however only appears in filler episodes and movies. Believed to have been the strongest Saiyan, in the manga, it was said that he had been surpassed by his own child, also named Vegeta. Before the attack on Planet Vegeta, he realized that Freeza was afraid of the Saiyans, and he coordinated an assault on Freeza. According to the anime filler, his attempt to attack Freeza failed as he was easily killed. The Saiyan elites that followed were also defeated by Freeza. In the movie Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, he ordered both Broly and his father Paragus&#039; to be killed, because he was afraid of Broly&#039;s abnormally high power.    King Vegeta is only seen in the anime special, the film Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan, and in some original scenes in the anime series. His appearance is never shown nor described in the manga, but he is mentioned briefly in a dialogue from Freeza to Vegeta in the original manga.    *Wikipedia
