Dr. Gero (ドクター・ゲロ, Dokutā Gero?) made himself into a cyborg by implanting his brain into a robot body. He first appeared with Android #19 to kill Goku. After #19 was destroyed by Vegeta, he fled out of fear and with the intention of activating Android #17 and #18. Once he activated them, they quickly rebelled on their creator. #17 kicked his head off and crushed it. In Dragon Ball GT, he helped Dr. Myu create Super 17, who later went on to kill both of them.

Nappa is an elite Saiyan warrior that accompanied Vegeta to Earth in search of the Dragon Balls. He has been Vegeta's attendant ever since Vegeta's childhood, and has a somewhat violent nature, even among Saiyans. He survived the attacks of Tenshinhan and Chaozu which drained their lives and put Piccolo to death with his incredible might, but fell powerless to Son Goku who had returned to Earth with new training from North Kaio. Vegeta ordered him to stop fighting Goku due to Goku's clear dominance over him; He was then executed by Vegeta when Goku defeated Nappa.  *Wiki

His name in the original Japanese version media is Mister Satan. It was changed to Hercule in FUNimation's English dub and Viz Media English version of the manga. In the U.S. edition of Shonen Jump it is explained that Hercule is the real name of the character while Mr. Satan was his stage name though no such explanation was present in the original. He is voiced by Daisuke Gouri in the original Japanese version, Chris Rager in the FUNimation version and by Don Brown in the English version from the UK and Canada.   ~!Even though he has never directly saved the world he is highly responsible for defeating Kid Buu as he convinced everyone on earth to give power to Goku's Genki Dama, along with his direct role in defeating Majin Buu. A common point of humor after his first appearance in the Cell Saga is his extremely inflated ego, arrogance and craving for the spotlight which the Z Fighters find annoying at best. Interestingly enough, he never lost any World Tournament that he attended in the series, nor has he died, making him one of the few characters not to have done so along with Pan, his granddaughter. He has a daughter named Videl who dates/marries Son Gohan. A reference to this is made in the video games Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Budokai Tenkaichi 3. If the player matches Adult Son Gohan and Mr. Satan the opening dialogue starts with Mr. Satan saying "If you want to go out with my daughter, you'll have to go through me!" Buggy accidentally consumed the Bara Bara no Mi, (Chop Chop fruit) a Devil Fruit, which allows him to separate his body parts and control them independent of each other, but robbed him of the ability to swim. The abilities gained from this fruit also make Buggy immune to attacks from knives or swords; any such attack just separates him into his component parts.  In addition, most of his body is capable of flying through the air, fast enough to propel a man through a wall - with the crucial exception of his feet. However, even though the parts are separate, Buggy can still feel what the part feels (for example, when Luffy attacked Buggy, he separated his torso from his waist, only to find that Luffy was aiming for the crotch. Needless to say this left him with a rather painful result. Also when Buggy launched his hand out to pin down Zoro for Cabaji's Sting of the Unicycle Technique, Luffy stomped on it, inflicting tremendous pain). He also seems to require either a fixed distance from his detachments, or keep them within his line of vision, in order to manipulate them separately.  Besides his Devil fruit abilities he usually fights with three knives between his fingers. During the flashbacks of his youth he already used these three knives. He also has a blade hidden in his shoe and in Logue Town used a sword in his failed attempt to execute Luffy.

A sawshark fish-man. He was the pirate captain of the all fishman crew, the Arlong Pirates, a former member of the Sun Pirates, and the older brother of Madam Shyarly. He is known for being the main villain in the Arlong Arc and had the highest bounty in East Blue before being defeated by Monkey D. Luffy. Like many other One Piece characters, he has his own unique laugh, which is "Shahahahaha."

Arlong considers humans to be inferior beings and is very cruel to them. He is keen to separate his race from humans, and has the mentality that his people are superior to humans in every way. He thinks nothing of killing a town full of humans, although he seems to prefer controlling people with money and deals.  He has an eye for spotting exploitable talent that he can use for his goals and is an excellent planner. He spent eight years using Nami and her maps to plan his takeover of the East Blue. Nevertheless, any promise about money he makes, he keeps. However, even though Arlong states he can't go back on his word, he has no qualms about exploiting loopholes in his deals to unfairly get his way.

He is also quick to anger, and has been ill-tempered since his younger years. He wasn't always entirely brutal, but it was later shown that he had grown more arrogant over time to the point that he completely had no sympathy for humans. However, he displays a high level of brotherhood with his crew and even towards Nami despite her species divide. Arlong looks after his crew members and even though he betrayed Nami, he did so because he didn't want to lose her talent.  Arlong would never harm his fellow fishmen no matter the circumstance and cares for his crew a lot.

Krieg is a typical One Piece villain who displays cruel tendencies using a huge arsenal of weapons and overwhelming odds. He is used to winning and being able to topple any force that goes up against him; this led to his failed attempt to conquer the Grand Line. However, his constant victories and reliance on weapons and odds made him overconfident.  He displays some realization that his crew are an important aspect to his efforts and he makes sure they are fed to regain their full strength after Mihawk's onslaught.However, Don Krieg does not care for his crew and bullies them to fear him as their captain; he punishes those who fail him or show signs of weakness often with death.   __Source :__ One Piece Wikia

Captain Morgan, called "Axe-Hand Morgan" since he literally has an axe for a right arm, is the first Marine officer of significant rank to be seen in the series.   Morgan is a very tall, intimidating man with white-blond hair and a steel jaw. As his nickname suggests, his right hand is replaced by a huge steel axe, the handle of which seems to go right through his forearm. Like most marines of high rank in the series, he wears a large, billowing coat like a cape. He can also normally be seen smoking a cigar.   Three years ago, Morgan looks much like he does in the present storyline, except without the axe hand and the metal jaw. He was also of a slimmer build than in the present storyline.   Prior to "capturing" Kuro, Morgan seemed to be a brave man who was not afraid of death. After his promotion, Morgan was corrupted by his power and became who he is today.   When Morgan is first introduced, he is governing over the small island of Shell Town, where his Naval base is located. Yet he is ruling by fear, abusing his rank to make people pay taxes, and even going as far as killing his own men if they do not obey his commands. He has a very spoiled son named Helmeppo, who is just as bad at using his father's rank to get what he wants from the island's inhabitants. Morgan shows no sort of fatherly love for Helmeppo, even stating that Helmeppo was a worthless son not even worth hitting.   Morgan's obsession with rank is proven in his battle against Luffy, where, despite not being able to to land a single blow on the rubberman (and having taken several), he would not accept defeat. Koshiro is the name of Roronoa Zoro&#039;s teacher and Kuina&#039;s father. He has his own Dojo near where Zoro grew up and he was the one who trained him. He is typically seen in flashbacks. However, recently, in Chapter 440, he makes a brief appearance when another student of his asked if he was really Roronoa Zoro&#039;s teacher. He wished Zoro to go on ahead and fulfill his dream. It is implied he can also cut steel as he follows the method - Swordsman that can cut nothing can also cut steel and anything else they wish, he tries to teach this to Zoro as a child but it isn&#039;t until Zoro is 19 before he finally masters it.    In the anime,he is voiced by Unsh&ocirc; Ishizuka.

Mewtwo is a Pokémon created by science.

Mewtwo was created after years of horrific gene splicing and DNA engineering experiments based on Mew. It is said to have the most savage heart among all Pokémon, lack compassion, and strike fear into its enemy with cold, glowing eyes. Because it was engineered to be the ultimate in battle, it can only think of defeating its foes. In the first movie, where it was shown to be capable of levitation, telepathy, and mind control, Mewtwo exemplified these vicious characteristics. However, it was later shown to be caring, protective, and even altruistic. Another Mewtwo in the anime shared its aversion to contact with others but was much less belligerent.

Mewtwo conserves energy by remaining motionless in order to unleash its full power in battle. It is also capable of materializing psychic waves in the form of its signature move, Psystrike. Though rarely seen in the wild, it is said to be resting in a dark cave somewhere.
