A member of Jacuzzi's Gang. At the end of December 1931, he is one of the gang members who participates in a robbery of the Flying Pussyfoot transcontinental express, and one of the men who holds up its dining car. During the heist, he is captured twice by the Lemures.

Heymans Breda is one of Roy Mustang's most trusted subordinates. He was recruited by Mustang for his high level of intelligence, indicated by his talent with chess and other strategy games. Despite his intelligence, he still has an irrational fear of dogs. Breda is usually tasked by Mustang with jobs that require he travel abroad. In the course of doing so he uses up all of his days off, showing his dedication to Mustang. He is transferred to Western Headquarters when Mustang's group is broken up by the homunculi. Braham is one of the Shandian warriors that fought to take back Upper Yard from Eneru. He always appears to have a helmet which covers his eyes ever since he was young, and when he was younger, he is known to have much more hair then he has now. He is a skilled but merciless warrior, even gunning down an enforcer who surrendered to him. He loses to Zoro in the Survival Game, but manages to give him a hard time with his quick movements and ranged attacks; he later recovers as the war ends. He dual-wields Light Guns, guns that produce a bright flash so his opponents can't see the bullets come at them, though he seems to be fairly skilled at close combat, mainly involving the use of Skate-type Wavers called Jet Ski to boost the speed of his kicks.

Ryo is in love with Misao, and dated her briefly, but Misao broke up with him because of his cold and manipulating attitude. Iruga is childhood friends with Keough and is an assassin. After witnessing his friend &quot;die&quot; in Glast Heim, Iruga decided to protect both Yufa and Roan in Keough's memory. Later on in his travels, he meets an amateur female hunter by the name of Judia. After saving her from a couple of bandits, they become companions (or rather she just follows him). When Iruga finds out Keough is alive and now working for evil, he fights his former friend in an effort to bring the real Keough back.  ~!During one confrontation, he becomes gravely injured, and is forced to battle Keough in a weakened state numerous times. In the final battle in Glast Heim, Iruga and Keough fatally struck each other at the same time. However, Iruga managed to stab Keough's wound, freeing his friend's heart from the evil the Dark Lord placed in it. Unfortunately, this killed Keough in the process and the two died.!~
