While he acts cold and aloof when he first meets Jean, he nonetheless warms up to his outgoing cheerfulness and enthusiasm. Nadia, meanwhile, is very distrustful of him and is quick to accuse him of murder when he shoots a Neo-Atlantean to save her from death. ~!However, she eventually learns to respect Nemo, and, at the end, at last acknowledges him as her father. Cobra&#039;s archenemy, Crystal Boy is a humanoid cyborg with a golden skeleton, and a body made from indestructible glass. He works for the mysterious Pirate Guild. Crystal Boy&#039;s signature weapon is a claw he can attach to his right hand. It can crush anything, and he also uses it for slitting his victims&#039; throats. The claw has a built-in laser gun, and can be used as a grappling hook, or fired as a projectile.

Muska has light brown hair and hazel eyes. He wears tinted glasses, a brown suit, a white shirt, and a pale yellow cravat. He is armed with what seems to be a Webley Mk VI revolver.

Muska is cold, calculating and duplicitous, and will turn on his allies once he has used them to attain his goals.

Jeffrey Alan Winkless was an American film and voice actor and music composer. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. One of his younger brothers, Daniel Owen Winkless, worked with him on The Banana Splits Adventure Hour. He has done voice-overs for several anime titles including Doomed Megalopolis, Space Adventure Cobra, Vampire Hunter D, Crying Freeman and Lily C.A.T..  Winkless died of a brain tumor on June 26, 2006.
