Gurio is a smart nerd who is a classmate of [Usagi](https://anilist.co/character/2030/Usagi-Tsukino) and [Naru](https://anilist.co/character/6870/Naru-Oosaka) at Juban Public MIddle School. He is usually called by his family name “Umino”. He keeps the sailor team up-to-date with information and rumors.

Ikkaku Madarame is the 3rd Seat of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13. His captain is Kenpachi Zaraki.  In terms of his attitude, Ikkaku is a stereotypical 11th Division member — violent, fight-loving, and rude. This has been noted by Tetsuzaemon Iba, among others. He loves fighting so much that he is unwilling to travel anywhere without a sword, resorting to carrying a wooden one when posing as a student at Ichigo Kurosaki's school. However, Ikkaku does have a sense of loyalty and responsibility unlike many of the lower-ranked 11th Division members, and is fiercely loyal to his captain, under whose command he wishes to die.  Ikkaku shares many personality traits with his division's captain, Kenpachi Zaraki, which explains why they seem to have so much respect for each other.

Near is the younger of [L's](https://anilist.co/character/71/L-Lawliet) two successors raised in Wammy's House—[Watari's](https://anilist.co/character/2179/Quillsh-Wammy) orphanage for gifted children, in Winchester, England. Of the successors, Near is the more level-headed one, able to remain calm and calculated, while the other, [Mello](https://anilist.co/character/463/Mihael-Keehl), is more emotional and quick to act. The two of them share a strong rivalry.

Near is very intelligent, although his childish appearance and demeanor can cause others to question his abilities. He has an obsession with solving complex problems and views an investigation as solving a puzzle. Despite his genius abilities, Near has low social knowledge and is bad at interacting with others. Much like L, Near shows various odd behaviors during his normal life, such as usually seen hunched over rather than sitting, and constantly playing with various toys, which he uses in his theories, as well as idly twiddling strands of his hair. He shows a great respect for L, basing much of how he solves crime on L's methods, even to the point where he only takes cases that he is interested with rather than trying to pursue justice.

At the beginning of the series, Shinichi is a 17-year old student at Teitan High School. He is already well-known as a brilliant young detective, the "Savior of the police force", for solving many difficult cases that the professionals could not. However, while investing 2 mysterious men, he is spotted and forced to swallow an experimental poison known as APTX 4869. This results in his body shrinking to that of a 6 year old.

Shinichi comes up with the alias Conan Edogawa after Arthur Conan Doyle and Edogawa Rampo and pretends to be a distant relative of Agasa's who places Conan in Ran's care. Ran's father Kogoro Mouri, owns a Detective Agency which Conan uses to his advantage to discover cases involving the Black Organization.

As Conan, Shinichi helps Ran's father solve cases by putting him to sleep and simulating Kogoro's voice using the special bowtie gadget Professor Agasa made for him. By solving cases one after the other, he helps build up Kogoro's reputation who will later on be referred to as "Sleeping Kogoro". He also spends a good amount of time with his Detective Boys fellows and solves many small cases with them and sometimes in the company of Professor Agasa.

Gregory is a little flying cricket and King Kai&#039;s motor-mouth pet. Gregory is very respectful of his master and always speaks highly of him, but he will talk trash to anyone he does not believe is better than him. King Kai called for him after Goku managed to catch Bubbles: the new goal was to hit Gregory with a heavy hammer. Huck is the son of a vagrant drunkard. He enjoys lazing about and joining Tom Sawyer in adventures. At the end of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Huck is adopted by the Widow Douglas in return for saving her life. In Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, in some respects a sequel to The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, the widow attempts to &quot;civilize&quot; the newly rich Huck. Ginga appears to be generally laid back (he is often seen sleeping and he generally does whatever he feels like doing) unless something happens to his friends or his beyblade or he has to fight in a beybattle. He would surely do anything to save his blade if it were to be somehow damaged. What is certain though is that this Japanese boy is not afraid to fight 100 beyblades! But he believes in his friend's (Pegasus') power, so he is victorious.
