Chang An in the Tang Dynasty of China (618-907): The demon star is passing through the sky, clamity is about to befall the Tang Dynasty - because of a woman. 

The story is set in early Tang Dynasty, after the Xuanwu Gate Incident, in which Li Shimin the prince of Qin, killed the crown prince and usurped the throne soon after. It is under such background that our female protagonist set out to discard her former identities and seek revenge against the most powerful man in her world. 
Note: This story was put on hiatus on March 2016. The author's contract with SUMMERZOO ended in Sept 2017 and she has since founded her own studio. Until she is able to get the rights back to Chang Ge Xing (and Zi Bu Yu), she won't continue publishing it, but she has promised and reassured that it lives on somehow.

Fragments tells the independent stories of Li Chang Ge, Ashina Sun, Situ Langlang and Mo Ying. It is aimed to help readers enter the delicate inner world of each character, showing the unknown past and richer personalities of the characters.

Prince Li Jiancheng and his supporters were put to death following the Xuanwu Gate Incident, and all six of his sons—aside from one who passed away too soon—were implicated. Only the records of "the second daughter Wenxi County Lady Li Wanshun, courtesy name Wangniang, married Liu Yingdao" and "eldest daughter Li" remained in the historical record, nevertheless.

The Yongning Princess Li Changge, whose parents had an unexplained and perplexing relationship with Li Shimin, emerged in these Li's mysteries. After learning of her mother's suicide and her father's murder following the Xuanwu Gate Incident, Changge fled the palace with bitterness and assumed the identity of a man in order to conceal her identity and bring troops back to Chang'an to exact revenge on her parents.
