This is a sequel of Super Doctor K. 
The story is starting off with K, now a suspect for trying to kill the US President. Further more in the story, it shows that K is actually has a sister he never knows of. Yet, unlike K, her path toward medical career is full with hatred and vengeance and her aim is destructive.

Doctor K is a doctor with exceptional skill. Graduated from a top-tier, high profile medical college, instead of working in a hospital or running his own clinic, he prefers to live his life wandering around to treat people in needs of help. 
Being observant, this make K diagnosis the patient symptom quickly. However, his outstanding skill that always leave the other doctor in awe is his surgery skill-the way he uses his knife is extremely quick and precise. His patient comes from all walk of live, from an ordinary young kids who is a nobody that don't know who K is to a high profile people who have heard about his skill and needs him for his medical skills.

There used to be a legendary surgeon in Japan who simply went by the name K. His speed, accuracy and overall brilliantness were second to none and he helped a countless number of patients. However, five years ago, he disappeared, never to be heard from again.
Now, a man who looks identical to the original K has appeared, claiming he is a descendant from a long line of shadow doctors that have been working behind the scenes. This new K is just as talented as the original one and has chosen to continue the work left by the old K. He has vowed as a doctor to uphold the importance of human life.
