The story follows Caesar, the pet dog of Ryosuke Kagami (nicknamed “Erosuke”). Famous as the most charming “ikemen dog,” Caesar suddenly gains the ability to take human form. This unexpected transformation throws him into a series of wild, chaotic situations involving women, while also dragging in Kyur, a partner bound to him by a shinigami contract. Packed with slapstick humor and risqué antics, the series shows Caesar swept up by desires and troubles that Ryosuke himself knows nothing about.

Kaga Ryosuke, a helplessly romantic teenager, was walking in the rain when he sees a beautiful girl with red eyes drenched in the rain. Everyone was avoiding her, but Ryosuke was taught to treasure women so he offered his help by letting her dry off at his home. Ryosuke can't imagine that this mysterious girl would stab him in the chest and leave him to die&hellip; Or did she? Who is this pretty girl and what does she want with him?
