Yuuri is a young elementary girl who, along with her brother Ken, wishes for a magical character from a children's book to come to life in order to save their failing flower shop.

Mary Bell is a fairy of flowers and will only appear when someone is in need of her help. When a couple has a hard time running a flower shop, she appears in front of their two children. With that, she starts her important task of helping the couple make their flower shop a complete success.
