Funco's best friend, who nicknames her Fucco due to a spelling mistake. She has an energetic personality and a foul mouth with Osaka dialect, but is very kind. She is very delicate to the point of requiring frequent maintenance and is picky on what she eats representing her namesake's unreliability.

She is an American M16A4 assault rifle (her name stands for "16") and has a large number of fans, as she is usually photographed for the cover of specialized gun magazines and this cohere with the real M16 which is very famous around the world (Second to AK-47 in terms of production number; see Comparison of the AK-47 and M16). 

In non-combat action, she tends to rapidly alternate between bursts of activity and sudden rests, relating to her namesake's three-round burst fire only capacity. The arms race takes on a startling new development when the arms come with heads, legs and very feminine bodies attached!<br><br>Yes, at Seishou Academy every girl is literally a lethal weapon, and they're all gunning for the top shot at getting their own personal serviceman! Needless to say, it's going to be difficult for newly recruited human instructor Genkoku to adjust to working with a living arsenal of high caliber cuties with tricky names like FNC (Funko) M 16A4 (Ichiroku) L85A1 (Eru) and SG 550 (Shigu). Especially since many have hair triggers and there's no bulletproof vest that can stop a really determined coed! He'll have to rewrite the operator's manual on student/teacher relationships, and pray that his job description won't include having to field strip and reassemble one of his cadets in the dark.
