Tobi was formerly Zetsu's subordinate, and became a full Akatsuki member after Sasori's death. He now wears the same ring as Sasori, having recovered it after Sasori's death, and took his place as Deidara's partner. Unlike the majority of ninja thus far, Tobi has not been shown wearing a visible forehead protector, so his place of origin is unknown. He wears an orange mask with single eye-hole covered in a swirl pattern concentrated towards the right eye. This odd mask that covers his entire face save for his right eye. Furthermore, Tobi has several bolts or pins present on the arms of his uniform, now obscured by his Akatsuki cloak.  Tobi's area of expertise remains unclear, as he has never been shown fighting. He and Deidara have defeated the three-tailed beast, but Tobi is never shown doing anything but running from it. After the battle, which goes largely unwitnessed, Tobi claims to have knocked it out with a single attack. Deidara disagrees with the assessment, claiming that it was his "artistic contribution" (exploding clay) that allowed them to win. During his fight with Sasuke, Tobi shows the ability to recover from what are presumably debilitating or fatal blows. After being slashed across the midsection by Sasuke's sword, Tobi collapses, only to stand up again a few seconds later and complain about the speed of the attack. Aside from this, Tobi has yet to demonstrate any techniques.  Tobi has a very formal and correct manner of speech. While his physical appearance remains a mystery, Zetsu has implied that he is relatively young when one side of him referred to Tobi as a "good boy." He respects Deidara, referring to him as Deidara-senpai. Tobi's personality is rather odd in comparison with other Akatsuki members. While most of the members are dedicated and serious, though somewhat argumentative or even hostile towards each other when not fighting, Tobi is more carefree and goofy, much like Naruto. His personality does not please Deidara, who believes that all Akatsuki members should be serious and calm. Tobi unintentionally irritates Deidara frequently, which usually results in Deidara attacking Tobi in a comedic fashion.    ~!However, after Deidara and Itachi's death he is later seen and heard with a more serious and calm tone in his voice. The carefree side of Tobi is not seen again.!~   ~!Later Tobi claims to be Uchiha Madara, the founder of the Uchiha clan and first mangekyo sharingan user. He later changes his mask after obtaining the rinnegan to allow him to use both eyes simultaneously. !~   ~!During the Fourth Shinobi World War, when he meets Naruto and Bee he says to be no one and that they could calling him Tobi, Madara or No One.!~   ~! In chapter 599 it is revealed that Tobi is actually Obito Uchiha who was teammates with Kakashi Hatake and Rin under the Fourth Hokage. Obito got his right side crushed when he saved Kakashi by pushing him out of the way of a rock slide. Unable to escape with his teammates, Obito had Rin implant his remaining Sharingan eye in Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. After that it was believed that Obito died.!~

Naruto: Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto. The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as he has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

Naoya Uchida is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and singer. He has played several minor roles of authority in various television dramas. He debuted in 1972 in the NHK program Maboroshi no Satsui and continued acting in theater and television dramas until the late 1990s. Since then, he has refocused his career on vocal performances such as opera and dubbing. He is best known for his role as Madara Uchiha in Naruto, and coincidentally his last name is similar to the character's.

Victor Joseph Mignogna was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He was always interested in drama, film, music,acting, and majored in Film in college. Vic spent approximately ten years acting in independent films and composing, transposing and producing music for ad agencies, TV series, and movies. 

In 1998, through a connection from a work associate at the time, Vic made his debut as Vega in "Street Fighter 2" under ADV Films. Vic enjoyed the anime dubbing experience and continued working for ADV. Soon, he landed his first main character role as Gawl in "Generator Gawl". Over time, Vic also began working for FUNimation Entertainment, and moved from Houston, Texas to Los Angeles, California to continue work there in late 2008. In February 2019, studios Funimation and Rooster Teeth cut ties with Mignogna after a number of sexual harassment allegations surfaced. Mignogna has denied the allegations and filed a lawsuit against Funimation and several individuals in April 2019 alleging defamation and tortious interference, however, the case was dismissed on October 2019 and he was ordered by the court to pay the defendants' legal fees. Mignogna lost his appeals from Funimation and their actors in 2022.

Since then, his acting career has relatively stalled, though he remains active on social media and continues to attend fan conventions. He founded dubbing studio "AM Studios" in partnership with the Anime Matsuri convention. 

__Music:__
Vic has continued his music career, releasing five albums, Selah (original piano music), Metafiction (original music, including the anime-related songs Nothing I Won't Give [Fullmetal Alchemist]) and Soldier A, saluting the generic soldiers of anime), If These Walls Could Talk (original music), a Christmas album (including 2 original songs), and Selah II (the sequel to Selah, also original piano compositions). His sixth album, which is a remix album, remixing some of his original songs and some popular songs, is set to be released in February of 2010. This album also contains Vic's English version of the Brothers Theme from "Fullmetal Alchemist" and the English version of the "D.N.Angel" opening theme, True Light, both of which are licensed.

Vic has now appeared in approximately 150 anime series and video games, and has sung many English dub theme songs, most notably in the FUNimation dub of "One Piece". He is best known for his roles as Edward Elric from "Fullmetal Alchemist", Tamaki Suoh from "Ouran High School Host Club", Broly from "Dragon Ball Z", Fai D. Flowrite from "Tsubasa Chronicle", Zero Kiryu from "Vampire Knight", Spirit (Death Scythe) from "Soul Eater", Dark Mousy from "D.N.Angel", Kurz Weber from "Full Metal Panic", and Ikkaku Madarame from "Bleach". Megumi Han is the daughter of voice actress [Keiko Han](https://anilist.co/staff/95760). She debuted as a actress in the 2008 live-action film _Sakura no Sono_ prior to debuting as a seiyuu in the 2011 broadcast of _Hunter x Hunter_. According to Han, _Hunter x Hunter_ was the first manga series she bought in elementary school.

Ten years ago, a gigantic demon beast known as the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox was released from its jinchuuriki by an unknown shinobi wearing a mask. The village of Konohagakure was close to destruction by the attack of the Nine-Tails, but the village was saved by its leader. Minato Namikaze and his wife Kushina Uzumaki&mdash;who was the jinchuuriki at the time of the attack&mdash;sealed away the demon inside their new born son: Naruto Uzumaki.
