Haine&#039;s younger &quot;brother&quot;, was also subjected to the Kerberos experiments, although the results began to take effect later. He shares Haine&#039;s spine collar and extraordinary healing abilities. Giovanni can be identified by his bug-eyed sunglasses and mop-top haircut. Although his &quot;mother&quot; Einst&uuml;rzen genetically altered him, he works alongside her army.     Giovanni likes to taunt Haine, especially concerning Lily&#039;s death, hoping to induce a berserker rage. He has vivid and traumatic memories of the experiments he endured. He first appears in Dogs. He also wields dual Walther P38 pistols.

In a future European city, Mihai Mihaeroff, a former assassin; Badou Nails, a chain-smoking one-eyed mercenary; Fuyumine Naoto, a katana-wielding female orphan; and Heine Rammsteiner, a genetically altered albino gunman, ply their deadly trades on the streets and in the underground.

Badou's in trouble again. He's found some of the "Lost Children," rare genetic experiments left from the past--but so has the mafia. It's up to Heine to bail him out, but the Stray Dog has his own problems now that the enigmatic Giovanni is back on the scene. Meanwhile, Naoto comes to the Underground searching for the killer who wields the same strange black sword as hers. And so their paths begin to converge in the dark and dangerous heart of the city...
