~!He used to be the leader of the terrorism network KPSA and was responsible for brainwashing several kids from Kurdish Republic into murdering their own parents as prove for their faith and devotion to God, including Soran Ibrahim (Gundam Meister Setsuna F Seiei). He then proceeded to train these kids into guerilla fighters and Jiihadists.  Ali Al-Saachez describes himself as the worst possible kind of human, as he loves warfare, violence and bloodshed and acts solely on primitive human impulses such as survival of the fittest. After the war between the Kurdish Republic and Azadistan, Saachez became a mercenary. However, he didn't do so for the money but solely so he could continue to fight.  He is the primary nemesis of both Setsuna and Lockon in the series, as they both suffered from his evildoings in the past. While he made Setsuna murder his own parents, both Neil and Lyle Dylandy's parents and younger sister were killed in a suicide bombing in Ireland, planned and executed by the KPSA.!~

It is the year A.D. 2307. Fossil fuels on Earth have been depleted entirely, with mankind turning to the next available power source: solar energy. During this time, 3 orbital elevators with solar power generation systems are built, each under control by the Union (formerly United States of America), the Human Reformist Alliance (Russia, China and India) and the AEU (Europe). However, not all countries are able to enjoy the benefits of this system, leading to widespread resentment and war. Arising out of the conflict, a mysterious non-profit military organization known as Celestial Being appears, dedicated to end all warfare using Mobile Suits called Gundam. This begins the stories of Gundam Meisters (pilots) Setsuna F. Seiei, Lockon Stratos, Allelujah Haptism and Tieria Erde as they are thrown into conflict between the 3 superpowers and the other various factions.

Keiji Fujiwara was a Japanese actor and voice actor.

Even though he was born in Tokyo, he spent the majority of his childhood in Iwate Prefecture. In high school, he handled vocals in a band he formed with his friend Kotaro Furuichi, future guitarist of rock band The Collectors.

At around 18 years of age, he moved back to Tokyo on his own and joined the Bungakuza acting school. He spent the 1980s performing in several theater troupes while working odd jobs. Fujiwara was introduced to his first voice acting agency, Ken Production, in the early 1990s. The first TV anime in which he appeared as a regular was [Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi](https://anilist.co/anime/970/), but his breakout role was [Hiroshi Nohara](https://anilist.co/character/33466/) in [Crayon Shin-chan](https://anilist.co/anime/966/).

In November 2006, he left Ken Production and founded his own agency, Air Agency. Aside from talent management, the company went on to release original drama and situation CDs through its child company Air Label, as well as produce live events. In 2010, Fujiwara made his own sound directorial debut in Kakkokawaii Sengen.

In August 2016, Air Agency announced that he was going on hiatus in order to undergo medical treatment for a then-unspecified illness. He officially resumed work in June 2017. On April 16, 2020, Air Agency announced that Fujiwara had passed away due to cancer on April 12, 2020.

As Celestial Being begins their anti-war activities, Fereshte begins to move in with the group being led by Chall Acustica, an ex-veteran of Celestial Being who had ended her service as a Gundam Meister after getting scarred in an unknown accident. Under her wing is Fon Spaak, an 18-year old career criminal forced into Fereshte's service by using the GNY-004 Gundam Plutone as part of his "services" as a Meister pilot.

Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. Humanity, having established the Earth Sphere Federation, forms an independent security preservation force, A-Laws, separate from the formal Federation army to further unify nations and the will of mankind. But the reality was the inhumane oppression of misuse of powers, doctrines, and ideologies in the name of unity. 
Saji Crossroad has followed the path to becoming a space engineer to keep his promise to Louise Halevy, who in turn was compelled to become involved in Federation government reform and joined A-Laws as a mobile suit pilot during the four-year gap. 
Meanwhile, Setsuna F. Seiei, having survived the climactic battle four years ago, witnessed a change in the world due to the actions of Celestial Being. With the defeat of Alejandro Corner, he dreamed of a peaceful world without conflict; but before his own eyes was the reality of the continuing strain on peace, the oppression caused by A-Laws. He decides once more to fight with Gundam, the power with the potential to change the world.
