Toby is an american blader. He is Masamune Kadoya's bestfriend and is always with another friend, Zeo Abyss. He always was talented on Beyblading and, alongside with Zeo Abyss and Masamune Kadoya, he promised to become number one blader.   ~!Masamune moved to Japan to defeat Ginga because Toby went to the hospital due to incapability to move his legs.!~   ~!While Masamune was in Japan, Zeo entered team HD, the best in America, in order to save Toby, because the owners of team HD have the means to make Toby walk again. Zeo didn't know but HD's plan is to 'transform' Toby into a different identity: Faust, who has the duty to destroy the world. That plan was sucessful. As Faust, Toby has grown up and his hair turned gray and grew a lot due to the arrange system.!~   ~!After Masamune and Zeo turned Faust back into Toby, they kept spending their times together, playing on their own team, Team Dungeon. Toby's looks also changes: he cuts his hair, however he keeps it gray.!~

In the Cosmos, an unusual event has occurred. 
Taking a break from their latest triumph over Faust and the Spiral Core, Ginga and Co find themselves saving a boy named Yuki from a mysterious youth named Johannes. Although Yuki is a boy genius and an astronomer, he is a Blader who owns &ldquo;Anubius&rdquo;. 
Yuki says that he has come to tell Ginga and his friends about the voice of the Star Fragment. He witnessed the Star Fragment (a meteor) fall from the sky one day. That single light dwells within Anubius and he says that he heard the voice of the Star Fragment that evening. A great evil is trying to revive the &ldquo;Black Sun&rdquo; and "Nemesis", the god of destruction, by using the unknown power of the Star Fragment and destroy the world. 
Ginga and his friends must fight again, just as soon as they get the hang of their new 4D system beys!

Note: From the 27th episode onwards, the Japanese episodes were reduced to fifteen minutes. In the dub, two fifteen minute episodes are paired to make a thirty minute episode to make 39 total episodes.

Kouki Miyata is a Japanese voice actor who works for 81 Produce. He was formerly credited as Harunori Miyata (宮田始典, Miyata Harunori). He made his radio CM narration debut on 2 March 1993. He is also the Japanese dub voice of ''Phineas'' in the series ''Phineas and Ferb''
