Suzuka Tsukimura is a minor character of the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series. The younger sister of Shinobu Tsukimura, Suzuka is a civilian and best friends with Nanoha Takamachi and Alisa Bannings. In Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's, she befriends Hayate Yagami, not knowing of the war between Hayate's protectors the Wolkenritter and the Time-Space Administration Bureau, for which Nanoha works. Suzuka does not exist in Triangle Heart.  Suzuka is a grade three student in the same class as Nanoha and Alisa, and already sure what she wants to do with her life: continue on her family tradition of rich, successful engineers. She lives in a huge mansion with her maids Noel and Farin K. Ehrlichkeit, sister Shinobu and many cats, one of which is affected by a Jewel Seed. As a small child, she was bullied by the more aggressive Alisa, but Nanoha stood up to Alisa and the trio became friends. When Alisa strikes out at Nanoha and stops speaking to her because she can tell that Nanoha has been keeping secrets, Suzuka stays with Alisa and slowly but eventually changes the other girl's mind so they reconcile again.   ~!In the second Nanoha season, Suzuka befriends Hayate Yagami when she helps the wheelchair-bound girl reach a library book. She greets transfer student Fate happily, as well as the return of cute "pet" Yūno, and continues in her complete ignorance of the magical situation until late in the series. Suzuka and Alisa are trapped in a magical barrier and bear witness to Nanoha and Fate's battle with Hayate possessed by the Book of Darkness. Later, Suzuka, along with the other civilian characters, are let in on the secrets of what Nanoha has been doing all this time.  In the A's epilogue, Suzuka still goes to school with Nanoha and Alisa and remains their close friend.!~

3rd grader Takamachi Nanoha stumbled upon an injured talking ferret after hearing his telepathic cries for help. The ferret turned out to be Yuuno, an archeologist and mage from another world who had accidentally scattered the dangerous Jewel Seeds throughout Earth. Without the strength to collect the Jewel Seeds, Yuuno had resumed a ferret form and needed someone else to take on the task for him. He gave a red jewel to Nanoha explaining to her with this she could transform and use magic to combat the monsters that threatened them due to the Jewel Seeds. But the monsters are the least of their worries, as Yuuno and Nanoha are not the only ones out to collect the Jewel Seeds.

Ai Shimizu is a Japanese voice actress and professional wrestler. She has a career as a singer, signed to Lantis. She has released 14 singles (including joint and character singles) and four albums. She covered Yumi Matsutoya's "Toki o Kakeru Shōjo" as the B-side of her first single "Angel Fish" in 2003. She is known to have a close relationship with Mai Nakahara, having collaborated in eight anime where most of the characters they voiced in together had close connections: DearS, Kage Kara Mamoru!, My-HiME, My-Otome, My-Otome Zwei, Please Twins!, Sola, Strawberry Panic! and the Lucky Star drama CD. Xanthe Huynh is an American voice-actress of Vietnamese descent. Huynh's path to acting began during a course in theatre acting during an elective course while in middle school. She fell in love with acting and continued on the acting path throughout high school and her passion eventually led to her graduating with a degree in Dramatic Arts at the University of Irvine in California. 

Huynh also enjoyed anime as a hobby and confided in her friends if there was any way to combine her two loves. Her friends were supportive of the idea and pushed her to try out for Anime Expo's voice acting competition called AX Idol. She would eventually make it as a finalist and was invited to audition for, and eventually signed with Bang Zoom! Entertainment and is still currently working for them since 2008, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California. 

Since signing, Huynh has gone on to voice minor and major character roles in anime and video games in major productions. Besides voice acting, Huynh also enjoys cosplaying, which is proudly displayed on her Instagram.

After the events of the Lost Logia case, Nanoha waits patiently for the day she can reunite with her newfound friend, Fate. Although being an exceptionally powerful mage, Nanoha spends her days normally with her friends on Earth. Jewel Seeds give living beings who come into contact with them unnatural powers, often turning them into monsters, and Yuuno, injured while trying to collect them, must now rely on Nanoha while he convalesces in ferret form.
