Hinata's younger sister. Unlike the frail Hinata who has just recently learned basketball, Kagetsu has incredible stamina and is a marathon runner in school.    ~!One snowy day, while asleep alone at home, she did not notice Hinata coming back from school. When she woke up, she was horrified to find her freezing with cold outside their door. She believed that it severely weakened her body, and blamed herself for it. Since then, she worries about Hinata whenever she engages in physical activity.   When Hinata's team went to the beach, Kagetsu followed her there with the help of the school nurse Touko Hatano, and was shocked to see that their basketball coach is a high school boy. She was initially wary of Subaru, but toned down a little when he helped her mend her strained relationship with her sister.   As of the latest volume of the Light Novel, Kagetsu has officially joined her sister Hinata's basketball team and is now in training as a Forward-Center. !~

Talk about games being called unexpectedly! Hasegawa Subaru joined the basketball club at Nanashiba High, only to have his hopes dashed when the teams' play is suspended after the captain is suspected of having inappropriate feelings for the coach's underage daughter. The second season of Ro-Kyu-Bu! 
 
Subaru Hasegawa continues to coach Tomoka's elementary school basketball team, when suddenly, the children are faced with new 5th-grader basketball adversaries. Tomoka, Airi, Saki, Hinata, and Maho must band together to grow even more, as players and as people.

Hasegawa Subaru enters a basketball club of Nanashiba High School, but the activity of the club gets suspended because the club leader falls in love with an 11 year old daughter of the coaching teacher. Subaru's aunt asks him to coach a basketball club of elementary school girls. At first, he is reluctant to teach small girls, but he devotes himself to the club as he knows the complex circumstances of them.
