Miharu is a citizen living in Belfast, Ireland, she is secretly a spy for the Principality of Zeon. She uses the gold paid to her by the Zeon forces in order to support her younger [brother](https://anilist.co/character/331410/) and sister since their parents are deceased due to the war. While spying on the White Base as it sat in the port, she met Kai Shiden and befriended him.
