Yuki is one of the founders of &Lambda;ucifer, and is the one who decided on the band&#039;s name. He knows good musical talent when he hears it, and was a major part of recruiting members into the band. He is usually calm and collected, but he cares a great deal about the group. He&#039;s also very suave. Yuki was the heir to a family of Noh performers, an ancient, traditional, Japanese theater style. Yuki&#039;s father put great pressure on him to continue the family art, even though his heart longed to devote all time to &Lambda;ucifer. His family obligations are great, yet Yuki manages to live under the strain (IN THE MANGA). He&#039;s the only memeber of the band married, with a son named Yukihiko.

After the break up of their old band, guitarist Yuki &amp; drummer Santa decide to form a new one. They recruit bass player Towa, young guitarist Atsuro, and after much persuasion, vocalist Sakuya. Together they form Lucifer and they struggle to make it in the music business, and also to stay together. As well, they have to deal with personal issues, such as parental objections, and watching their old bands succeed ahead of them. Sakuya is the most troubled band member, as he has to deal with his tragic past, and his relationship with teenaged lyricist Aine. <br>
